The Program is valid from 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026 ("Program Period").

This Program is valid for Danamon Customers who have and transact with Danamon Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, and Visa Infinite Credit Cards ("Program Participants").

1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
3. Program Participants are solely responsible for any risk of loss, lawsuits, legal action, and/or claims in connection with the Program Participant's participation and/or cancellation of participation.
4. This program is valid under the following conditions:
   1. The promo code "VISAYR7" must be entered at the time of booking.
   2. The coupon can only be used on designated link.
   3. How to use the coupon:
      • On the payment page, there is a field labeled "enter voucher code" where Program Participants must enter the coupon code.

   6. The coupon is only valid for prepaid hotel bookings online (excluding package bookings such as hotels + flights).
   7. Bookings made through the call center are not valid.
   8. The coupon is only valid for Program Participants who are logged in as registered Expedia members.
   9. The coupon is personal and only valid 1 (one) time.
   10. Once the coupon has been used, it shall be deemed expired, even if the booking is subsequently cancelled.
   11. If the Program Participant makes a reservation for multiple rooms in a single transaction, then the offer is only valid for the room with the lowest price.
   12. The coupon offering only applies to the booking amount before taxes and other applicable fees.
   13. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons, Program, and offers.
   14. The coupon has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternatives.
   15. The coupon cannot be transferred or sold.
   16. The coupon cannot be used through travel agents or third parties.

7. Visa reserves all rights in connection with this Program, including the right to amend or interpret the Terms and Conditions, change the list of participating partners, and terminate or suspend the Program at its own discretion without prior notice.

Other terms and conditions related to Danamon cards and products and/or services, to the extent not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Program Participants and become an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as they are not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
10. Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Danamon. In the event of a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Program Participant has the right to express his/her objection in writing to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change made by Danamon through Danamon's communication media. The Program Participant agrees that the Program Participant is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Program Participant does not raise any objections within such timeframe. If the Program Participant does not agree to such changes, the Program Participant has the right to cancel the Program membership by first completing all of the Program Participant's obligations to Danamon (if any).
11. Program Participant declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
12. In the event of any indication of fraud, violations and/or irregularities in transactions, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or award a prize to the Program Participant concerned.

3. The Program Participant declares that there is no and will not be any transaction that indicates money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
4. If there is an indication of fraud, violation, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, stop using Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants are still required to pay off all their obligations to Danamon (if any).
5. If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guarantee participant from the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Program Participants should be aware of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of Danamon by promising rewards of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties related to or on behalf of the Program are beyond Danamon's authority.
