Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the IDR 25,000 Discount on the Purchase of D-Bank PRO Gaming and Streaming Vouchers (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program Period is 17 April to 30 June 2026 (“Program Period”).

Participant Criteria

Customers eligible to participate in this Program are those who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers who hold a Danamon savings account and/or a Danamon credit card, along with an active savings account throughout the Program Period;
  2. Customers who have and are registered on the latest version of the D-Bank PRO app; and
  3. The Program also applies to Bank Danamon employees.

hereinafter referred to as (“Customers”).

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer shall be fully liable for any and all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits and/or demands arising from the Customer’s participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. For this Program the Customer may receive a discount of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah) (“Discount”) when the Customer makes a purchase transaction for game vouchers or streaming vouchers via D-Bank PRO using the following transaction mechanism:

    (“Transaction”).
  5. The total Discount quota is the Quota During Program Period as set out in the table above (“Program Quota”).
  6. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. The transactions carried out by the Customer constitute valid proof of the Customer’s participation in the Program and the Customer’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Program Discount Awarding Mechanism

  1. Customers will receive the discount immediately upon completing a transaction, provided that the program quota is still available.
  2. There is no charge for customers to participate in this program.
  3. Customers understand and agree that if the program quota is exhausted before the end of the program period, they will not receive the discount.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24 hours a day.
  2. The procedure regarding the customer complaints service can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. The products and/or services provided by Voucher Games and Voucher Streaming are not the products or responsibility of Bank Danamon and are therefore entirely the responsibility of Voucher Games and Voucher Streaming. Should you encounter any issues and/or have any complaints regarding the products, services and/or the Program, please contact the relevant representative of Voucher Games and Voucher Streaming.
  2. Other terms and conditions relating to products, services and/or banking transactions, insofar as not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Programme, remain in full force and effect and are binding on the Customer, forming an integral and inseparable part of this Program.
  3. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”. Such terms and conditions remain in force unless otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon is entitled to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Programme from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Bank Danamon via Bank Danamon’s communication channels. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have consented to such changes if the Customer does not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should the Customer not consent to such changes, the Customer is entitled to cancel their participation in the Program provided that the Customer first settles all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  5. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon is entitled to cancel the provision of Special Ticket Prices under this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  6. The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  7. Should there be any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering offences and/or actions inconsistent with the law, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the award of the Prize to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) scheme.

Warning

Customers are advised to be wary of scams perpetrated by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise prizes of any kind. Any scams or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
