Program Description

The Program General Terms and Conditions Save 10% + 0% Installment at Siloam International Hospitals (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participant of 0% Installment up to 12 Months at One Gadget ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Danamon") in collaboration with PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk.

The Program Participant hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:

Program Period

The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 1 April 2026 until 31 March 2027 (“Period of Program”).

Program's General Term and Condition

  1. The program applies to Cardholders as follows:
    1. 10% Savings Program: (i) Danamon Mastercard & GPN Debit/ATM Cards, (ii) Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard & JCB logos, excluding corporate cards (“Cards”).
    2. 0% Installment Program: (i) Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard & JCB logos, excluding corporate cards (“Cards”).
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Cardholders are fully responsible for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  5. The applicable Program details are as follows:
    1. The program offers a 10% (ten per cent) discount on MCU, Radiology, VIP rooms and higher, and a 0% (zero per cent) installment plan for customers with repayment terms of 3 (three) months, 6 (six) months and 12 (twelve) months;
    2. 10% (ten per cent) discount on MCU, Radiology, VIP rooms and above – no maximum or minimum transaction amount;
    3. The 10% (ten per cent) discount on MCU applies to transactions made directly at the Siloam International Hospitals cashier (offline) and online via the website or mySiloam app by entering the code SILODANAMON10;
    4. Save 10% (ten per cent) on Radiology, VIP Rooms and VIP and above directly at the Siloam International Hospitals cashier (Offline);
    5. Radiology procedures include: Chest, Abdomen, Panoramic & Dental X-rays, Mammography, CT-Scan, MRI, MRA, Ultrasound and apply to both outpatients and inpatients;
    6. The 0% (zero per cent) installment plan applies to terms of 3 (three) months, 6 (six) months and 12 (twelve) months;
    7. Any transaction converted into an installment plan will incur an administration fee of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand rupiah);
    8. The program is subject to room availability;
    9. The program applies to both primary and supplementary cards;
    10. The program is valid every day, including public holidays; and
    11. Any transaction converted into an installment plan will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
  6. This program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  7. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transactions made by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and the Cardholder’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by the Partner are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of Danamon. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner.
  2. Cardholders represents and warrants that the Cardholders is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  3. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Danamon’s products/services, revoke the Cardholders participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Cardholders shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to the Danamon, if any.
  4. The Cardholder agrees that Danamon has the right to cancel the Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not comply with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Any other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, insofar as they are not otherwise regulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, shall remain valid and binding upon the Cardholder and shall constitute an integral and inseparable part of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  6. These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, The General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Card, The General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon Credit Cards, the General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon American Express Credit Cards and Charge Cards, and, as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  7. Cardholders agrees and acknowledges that Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through the Danamon’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholders has the right to submit a written objection to the Danamon within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by the Danamon via its available communication channels. Cardholders agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholders does not agree with the changes, the Cardholders has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to Danamon (if any).
  8. The Cardholders or their representative may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through Danamon’s nearest branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id .
  9. The procedures for the customer complaint service may be found on the official website of the Bank at the following link: www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah .
  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  11. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Reminder

Cardholders must exercise due caution against fraudulent activities perpetrated by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent the Bank and offering rewards in any form. The Bank shall not be held liable for any acts of fraud or other criminal conduct committed by third parties in connection with or under the pretense of association with the Bank or this Program.
