Program Description

The Program General Terms and Conditions Save 15% at Zest Hotel (“Progam General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participant of Save 15% at Zest Hotel ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") in collaboration with merchant partner PT Zest Hotels Indonesia (“Perusahaan”).

The Program Participant hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:

Program Period

The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 1 February 2026 until 31 January 2027 (“Program Period”).

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. The Program is valid for Danamon customers who have and transact with the following card types (“Cardholders”):
    (i) Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with the Mastercard and GPN logos; and
    (ii) Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, but excluding Corporate Credit and Charge Cards ("Cards").
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Cardholder's participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  5. The Savings Program applies as follows:
    1. The Program provides savings of 15% (fifteen percent) for rooms, including breakfast for 2 (two) persons, based on the Best Flexy Rate and subject to room availability.
    2. The Program provides savings of 15% (fifteen percent) for food and/or beverages (Food & Beverages/F&B) at Zest Hotels
    3. The program is valid for online bookings via www.zesthotel.com using promo code DANAMONCC, or offline by contacting phone number (021) 2952 7277, (021) 2952 7278.
    4. The Program is applicable to Cardholders.
    5. The program is valid for both primary and supplementary Cardholders.
    6. The program cannot be combined with other programs or promotions.
    7. The terms and conditions of this Program are subject to change at any time with prior notice, at the sole discretion of Zest Hotel.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by the Partner are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of Danamon. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner.
  2. The Cardholder represents and warrants that the Program Participant is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  3. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Danamon’s products/services, revoke the Program Participant participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. The Program Participant shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to Danamon, if any.
  4. Any other terms and conditions pertaining to banking products and/or services, insofar as they are not otherwise stipulated under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, shall remain in full force and effect and shall be binding upon the Cardholder, and shall form an integral and inseparable part of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of The General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, the General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Debit/ATM Cards, The General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon Bank Cards, and the General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon American Express Credit Cards and Charge Cards, as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  6. The Cardholder agrees and acknowledges that Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through Danamon’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Danamon within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by Danamon via its available communication channels. The Cardholder agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholder does not agree with the changes, the Cardholder has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to Danamon (if any).
  7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through the nearest Danamon branch, Hello Danamon 1-500-090, or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  10. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Other Terms and Conditions

Program Participant must exercise due caution against fraudulent activities perpetrated by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent Danamon and offering rewards in any form. Danamon shall not be held liable for any acts of fraud or other criminal conduct committed by third parties in connection with or under the pretense of association with Danamon or this Program.
