The Program is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2026 ("Program Period").

This Program is valid for Danamon Customers who have and transact with Danamon Credit and Charge Cards with the American Express logo ("Program Participant").

1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
3. The Program Participant is solely responsible for any risk of loss, claim, lawsuit, and/or claim in connection with the Program Participant's participation and/or cancellation of participation in the Program.
4. Program Participants can save up to 30% by showing their Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Card at 60 (sixty) restaurants in China.
5. This program is valid with the following conditions:
   1. This offer is valid for dine-in only.
   2. This offer does not apply to transactions made through third parties (including but not limited to delivery or takeaway services by third parties) or through third-party payment service providers.
   3. Unless otherwise stated, this offer is not valid on public holidays and blackout dates.
   4. Dine-in offers at each restaurant may have different Terms and Conditions.
   5. This offer is not valid for special promotional menus, menu sets, drinks, seasonal seafood, coupons or vouchers.
   6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and/or promotion.
   7. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash, or sold or exchanged for any other product or service.
   8. Reservations are subject to availability at the restaurant.
   9. Program participants are advised to check with the restaurant, as the restaurant may be closed during the promotion period.

6. American Express reserves the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation and/or prize if the Cardholder does not meet or violate the Program's General Terms and Conditions.

8. American Express reserves all rights with respect to this Promotion, including the right to amend or interpret the Terms and Conditions, change the list of participating partners, and terminate, suspend, or suspend the Promotion in its sole discretion without prior notice.
9. Other terms and conditions related to the card and Danamon's products and/or services, as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card and Charge Membership. These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as they are not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
11. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Danamon. In the event of a change in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to express his/her objection in writing to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of the change made by Danamon through Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to such changes in the event that the Cardholder does not raise any objections within such timeframe. If the Cardholder does not agree to such changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program membership by first completing all of the Cardholder's obligations to Danamon (if any).
12. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
13. In the event of any reports of fraud, violations and/or irregularities in transactions, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or award a prize to the Cardholder concerned.
14. Cardholders can submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Credit Card Membership and Danamon Charges, the General Terms and Conditions of Credit Card Membership and Charges, such Terms and Conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
2. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Danamon reserves the right to correct/amend/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. If the Program Participant does not agree to such changes, the Program Participant has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all Program Participant's obligations to Danamon (if any).
3. The Program Participant declares that there is no and will not be any transaction that indicates money laundering and/or other transactions that are not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
4. If there is an indication of fraud, violation, abuse, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, stop the use of Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Program Participants are still required to pay off all their obligations to Danamon (if any).
5. If irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a guarantee participant from the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Program Participants should be aware of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of Danamon by promising rewards of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties related to or on behalf of the Program are beyond Danamon's authority.
