Program Description

The Program General Terms and Conditions Cashback 10% DreamWell Points (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participant of Cashback 10% DreamWell Points ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank").

The Program Participant hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:

Program Period

The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2026 (“Period of Program”).

Program Participant Criteria

This program can only be joined by Customers who meet the following criteria:

  • Customers who hold Danamon credit cards, charge cards, and debit cards bearing the JCB, Mastercard, Visa, or American Express logos (Corporate cards are not eligible).

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a customer's participation in this Program if the customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Customers are fully responsible for any risks, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from their participation in or cancellation of this Program.
  4. By making a transaction, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and abide by its General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Danamon customers are required to download the DreamWell application via Netzme/Xplorin from the Play Store or Apple Store to access DreamWell.
  6. Customers must top up their DreamWell Points package, enter the promo code DNMN10 in the referral code column, and complete the payment using a Danamon Card.
  7. Cashback of 10% on the top-up amount will be given in the form of DreamWell Points and can be viewed in the application after D+3.
  8. DreamWell Points serve as a payment method, where 1 DreamWell Point = IDR 1.
    For example:
    • A Bank Danamon customer tops up DreamWell Points worth IDR 10,000,000 and receives 10% cashback, increasing the balance to IDR 11,000,000.
    • The customer redeems points to purchase a Hatten Winery Dragonfly Moscato 750ml product priced at 224,600 points and for dinner in Jimbaran costing 115,000 points.
    • The remaining balance will be: 11,000,000 points – 339,600 points = 10,660,400 points, equivalent to IDR 10,660,400.
  9. The Program is valid for voucher purchases with a minimum transaction of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) and offers unlimited cashback value.
  10. DreamWell Points earned through this Program will be added to the customer’s existing DreamWell Points balance.
  11. The Program applies to the purchase of any voucher available under DreamWell partnerships, such as hotels, restaurants, spas, water sports, souvenirs, and transport, with a minimum transaction of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah).
  12. Points purchased are valid for 1 year, starting from the time of purchase and payment.
  13. Vouchers can be used for two or more people, depending on the number of vouchers purchased and the selected partnership type.
  14. Points and vouchers that have been purchased are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.

  16. The Program is valid for both primary and supplementary cards.
  17. The Program can be combined with other programs or promotions.
  18. The terms and conditions of this Program are subject to change at any time, with prior notice, at the sole discretion of DreamWell.
  19. By participating in this Program, customers are deemed to have understood and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
  20. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the overall applicable Terms and Conditions.

Prize Awarding Mechanism

Customers top up their DreamWell Point package by entering the promo code: DNMN10 in the referral code field and making the payment using a Danamon Credit Card, Charge Card, or Debit Card. Cashback will be given in the form of DreamWell Points and can be viewed in the DreamWell application after 3 days.

Customer Complaints

  1. Cardholders or their representative may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the Bank’s nearest branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedures for the customer complaint service may be found on the official website of the Bank at the following link: www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by the Partner are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of the Bank. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, insofar as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions, shall remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall constitute an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of The General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  4. Cardholders agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through the Bank’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholders has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by the Bank via its available communication channels. Cardholders agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholders does not agree with the changes, the Cardholders has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  5. Cardholders represents and warrants that the Cardholders is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  6. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, revoke the Cardholders participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Cardholders shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to the Bank, if any.
  7. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Warning

Cardholders must exercise due caution against fraudulent activities perpetrated by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent the Bank and offering rewards in any form. The Bank shall not be held liable for any acts of fraud or other criminal conduct committed by third parties in connection with or under the pretense of association with the Bank or this Program.
