Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in Cashback Program D-Bank Pro Ramadhan: QRIS D-Bank Pro Iftar 2026 (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

By participating, the Customer agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

Program Period is from 18 February 2026 – 19 March 2026 (“Program Period”).

Participant Criteria

Eligible Customers for this Program are as follows:

  • Customers who have a Danamon savings account and/or a Danamon Credit Card and a savings account that are active during the program period;
  • Customers who own and are registered on the latest version of the D-Bank PRO application; and
  • The program also applies to Bank Danamon employees.
Hereinafter referred to as the (“Customer”).

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program provides a cashback reward of 50% (fifty percent) up to IDR 10,000.00 (ten thousand Rupiah) ("Cashback Prize").
  5. The Program is valid if the Customer makes a payment transaction using QRIS D-Bank PRO at any merchant using a savings account and/or Danamon Credit Card with the Visa, Mastercard, or JCB logo, with a minimum transaction of IDR 10,000.00 (ten thousand Rupiah) ("Transaction").
  6. This program is valid during the Program Period from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Western Indonesian Time (WIB).
  7. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Program Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and be subject to these General Program Terms and Conditions. Transactions conducted by the Customer constitute valid evidence of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be bound by the General Program Terms and Conditions.

General Terms and Conditions for the Giving of Reward

  1. Customers can receive Cashback Rewards under the following conditions:
    • For one Customer Information File (CIF), customers are only entitled to receive a maximum of 5 (five) Cashback Rewards during the Program Period.
    • The Rewards Quota is 2,000 (two thousand) transactions per day, or 60,000 (sixty thousand) transactions during the Program Period ("Program Quota").
  2. Cashback Rewards will be credited to the customer's savings account no later than 14 (fourteen) business days after the transaction is made. If the customer does not have a Danamon savings account, they will not receive any Cashback Rewards for the transactions made.
  3. Customer participation in this Program is free of charge.
  4. Customers understand and agree that if the Program Quota is exhausted before the Program Period ends, they will not receive any Cashback Rewards.
  5. Bank Danamon will deposit any tax deductions (if any) arising from the acquisition of Cashback Rewards with the relevant tax authorities. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of taxes on Cashback Rewards received by the Customer are the Customer's sole responsibility (self-assessment basis).
  6. If the Customer's account used for the Transaction is inactive, blocked, or under other conditions that prevent the crediting of Cashback Rewards, the Customer hereby acknowledges that the Cashback Rewards cannot be awarded.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, via Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products, services, and/or Transactions, insofar as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, shall remain valid and binding upon the Customer and form an integral part of this Program.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO.” These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise regulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise/amend/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions will be communicated through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms, and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the changes are communicated by Bank Danamon. The Customer agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program, provided that all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) have been settled. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any Transactions that indicate money laundering or other Transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Prize distribution under this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any Transactions that indicate money laundering or other Transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or irregular Transactions, unreasonable Transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that violate applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Transactions, cancel the Customer’s participation in the Program, and/or cancel the Cashback distribution to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  7. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

Warning

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising Cashback in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
