Program Description

The Program General Terms and Conditions Save up to 20% at Sango Hotel Group (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participant of Save up to 20% at Sango Hotel Group ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") in collaboration with PT Sango Hotel Management (“Sango Hotel Group”).

The Program Participant hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:

Program Period

The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 1 January 2026 until 31 January 2027 ("Program Period").

Participating Outlet

The program applies to Sango Hotel Group with the following details:

  1. Manhattan Hotel Jakarta: Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio Kav.19-24 Karet Kuningan Jakarta Selatan 12940;
  2. Merlynn Park Hotel Jakarta: Jl. K.H. Hasyim Ashari 29-31, Jakarta Pusat 10130;
  3. Sunlake Waterfront Resort & Convention Jakarta: Jl. Danau Permai Raya Blok C1 Sunter Jakarta Utara 14350; dan
  4. Metro Park View Hotel Semarang: Jl. Haji Agus Salim 2-4 Semarang 50318.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The program applies to Cardholders as follows: (i) Bank Danamon Mastercard & GPN Debit/ATM Cards, and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard JCB, and American Express logos, but excluding corporate cards ("Cards").
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Cardholder's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Room Reservations Program
      1. The program offers a 20% (twenty percent) discount on the total room booking transaction (applicable to all room types).
      2. The program is valid based on the rates listed on the official websites of the Sango Hotel Group participating in the program, namely: www.hotel-manhattan.com; www.merlynnparkhotel.com; www.sunlakehotel.com; www.metroparkviewhotel.com;
      3. iii. Room bookings can only be made directly with Sango Hotel Group via telephone or WhatsApp to the Front Office (FO) and/or the official website of Sango Hotel Group participating in the Program, with payment made at check-in; and

    2. F&B Program
      1. The program offers a 15% (fifteen percent) discount on the total purchase of food and beverages (F&B) at every restaurant in the Sango Hotel Group participating in the program, namely Restaurant Hotel Manhattan, Merlynn Park Hotel, Sunlake Hotel, and Metro Park View Hotel.
      2. The F&B program applies to a minimum transaction of IDR 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand); and
      3. The program does not apply to the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
  6. The program is not valid during the blackout period (20 December 2026 - 5 January 2027 and 15-24 May 2026).
  7. The program is valid for both primary and additional cards.
  8. The program is valid for one transaction per day with the same card number.
  9. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  10. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Other Conditions

  1. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by the Partner are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of the Bank. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner.
  2. Cardholders represents and warrants that the Cardholders is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  3. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, revoke the Cardholders participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Cardholders shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to the Bank, if any.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, insofar as they are not otherwise stipulated in these General Program Terms and Conditions, shall remain valid and binding upon Cardholders and shall constitute an integral and inseparable part of the General Program Terms and Conditions.
  5. These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, The General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Card, The General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon Credit Cards, the General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon American Express Credit Cards and Charge Cards, and, as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  6. Cardholders agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through the Bank’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholders has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by the Bank via its available communication channels. Cardholders agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholders does not agree with the changes, the Cardholders has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  7. Cardholders or their representative may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the Bank’s nearest branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  8. The procedures for the customer complaint service may be found on the official website of the Bank at the following link: www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  10. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Warning

Cardholders must exercise due caution against fraudulent activities perpetrated by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent the Bank and offering rewards in any form. The Bank shall not be held liable for any acts of fraud or other criminal conduct committed by third parties in connection with or under the pretense of association with the Bank or this Program.
