Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers participating in the CASHBACK QRIS D-BANK PRO GRAMEDIA – YEAR END 2025 Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The Program Period is 12–31 December 2025. (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:
  1. Danamon Bank customers who have an active savings account and/or Danamon credit card during the Program Period.
  2. Customers who conduct transactions as stipulated in the Program's General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Danamon Bank customers who have and are registered with the D-Bank PRO application during the Program Period.
  4. The program also applies to Danamon Bank employees.
Hereinafter referred to as "Program Participants".

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Before participating in the Program, Program Participants are required to read, understand, and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs, and other terms and conditions of the Program, as well as agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.

Prize Awarding Mechanism

  1. Program participants will receive a reward if they have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as long as the quota is available.
  2. The reward scheme is in the form of a 100% cashback with a maximum value of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah) with a minimum transaction of IDR 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand rupiah).
  3. The reward quota as above is set as follows:
    1. Program participants are required to make payment transactions using QRIS D-Bank PRO with funds sourced from their savings accounts in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program at all Gramedia outlets and Gramedia.com during the Program Period ("Transactions").
    2. Each Program Participant CIF is entitled to a maximum of 2 (two) Cashback Rewards per month during the Program Period.
    3. Cashback Rewards will be credited to the Program Participant's account used to make the Transaction a maximum of 14 (fourteen) working days after the Transaction is made.
  4. The transaction verification process is the authority of Bank Danamon.
  5. In the event that the account of a Program Participant used to conduct a Transaction is inactive, blocked, or in any other condition that prevents the crediting of Rewards, the Program Participant hereby acknowledges that the Rewards will not be given.
  6. Participation in this Program is free of charge, and any taxes on the Reward shall be fully borne by Bank Danamon.
  7. For Program Participants who conduct Transactions in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program during the Program Period, the Program Participant is entitled to receive a cashback reward ("Cashback Reward") with the following details:

  1. Program Participants will not receive Cashback Rewards if the Transaction does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Program Participants understand and agree that if the Cashback Reward Quota has been exhausted before the Program Period ends, then Customers will not receive the Reward.
  3. By conducting Transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Program. Such Transactions constitute valid proof of the Program Participant's participation in the Program and the Program Participant's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Program participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedure for the Program Participant's complaint service can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Gramedia's products and/or services are not Bank Danamon's products and responsibilities, and are therefore entirely the responsibility of Gramedia. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding Gramedia's products and/or services, Program Participants should contact Gramedia.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to products, services, and/or banking transactions, unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain in full force and effect and shall be binding on Program Participants and form an integral part of this Program.
  3. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services" and "General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO" as well as "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Mobile Banking Services". These terms and conditions remain in force unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Program Participants have the right to submit their objections in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. Program Participants agree that Program Participants are deemed to have agreed to the changes if they do not submit an objection within that period. If Program Participants do not agree to the changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. Program Participants agree that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the awarding of Rewards for this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  6. Program Participants declare that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  7. In the event of a report of suspected fraud, cheating and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the awarding of Program Rewards to the Program Participant concerned.
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

Program participants must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
