Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the Hallo Fresh Cooking Oil Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers participating in the Hallo Fresh Cooking Oil Program Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

The Customer hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The implementation of the program consist of 2 (two) period (“Program Period”).

  • First period: November, 15, 2025 to December 31, 2025
  • Second period: January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026

Program Participant Criteria

This program is open to individual customers (“Customers”) who meet the following criteria: Customers who already have Danamon account and use Danamon QRIS to conduct transactions.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel the Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for any risks, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Customers make transactions using D-Bank PRO via the Danamon Bank QRIS owned by Hallo Fresh.
  5. The customer makes a transaction of at least IDR 400,000 in a single transaction (multiples apply) using QRIS Bank Danamon at Hallo Fresh.
  6. By making a transaction under the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with its General Terms and Conditions. The transaction serves as valid proof of the Customer’s participation in the Program and agreement to abide by its General Terms and Conditions.
  7. Participation in this Program is free of charge.

Program Terms and Conditions For Issuance of Reward

  1. Customers will receive a reward if they meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as long as the quota is available.
  2. The reward scheme consists of 1 litre cooking oil (“Reward”) which will be provided by Hallo Fresh.
  3. The total reward quota is 300 pieces, with the following breakdown:
    • First period: 150 pieces
    • Second period: 150 pieces
  4. The tax arising from the prize will be borne by Bank Danamon

  • Customer A has a Danamon account.
  • Customer A makes a transaction using Danamon Bank QRIS via D-Bank PRO at Hallo Fresh for IDR 400,000 in one transaction (one receipt).

Eligible to receive the Reward.

  • Customer B makes a transaction using Danamon Bank QRIS via D-Bank PRO at Hallo Fresh for IDR 600,000 in one transaction (one receipt).

Eligible to receive the Reward.

  • Customer C makes a transaction using Danamon Bank QRIS via D-Bank PRO at Hallo Fresh for IDR 399,000 in one transaction (one receipt).

Not eligible to receive the Reward.

  • Customer D has a Danamon account.
  • Customer D makes a transaction using Danamon Debit Card at Hallo Fresh for IDR 400,000 in one transaction (one receipt).

Not eligible to receive the Reward.


Power of Attorney

  1. The authorization granted by the Customer under the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is given to Bank Danamon with the right of substitution. As long as the Customer's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, this authorization cannot be revoked and will not expire for any reason, including but not limited to the causes mentioned in Articles 1813 (authorization ends: by withdrawal of the authorization by the principal; by notice of termination by the agent; by the death, guardianship, or bankruptcy of either the principal or the agent), 1814 (the principal may revoke the authorization at will and, if there is reason, compel the agent to return the authorization), and 1816 (the appointment of a new agent for the same matter results in the revocation of the previous authorization, effective from the moment the new appointment is notified to the previous agent) of the Indonesian Civil Code. This authorization is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, via Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the “Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Rekening dan Layanan Perbankan PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Rekening dan Layanan D-Bank PRO”, and/or other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes, additions, or updates to these General Terms and Conditions will be communicated through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, or terms and conditions under this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date the changes are communicated by Bank Danamon through its communication channels. The Customer agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program, provided that all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) have been fulfilled.
  3. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited, unenforceable, invalid, or declared null and void by any government regulation or court decision, such circumstance shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable as set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions that are indicated as criminal acts of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, irregular transactions, suspicious activities, money laundering, and/or actions that violate applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, revoke participation in the Program, and/or withhold the prize offering to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. The Customer agrees that fund placements in savings accounts with returns exceeding the maximum interest rate guaranteed by Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan are not covered by Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan. The prize received by the Customer is also considered as a component of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. Customers may obtain information regarding changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branch offices or via Hello Danamon.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the provisions set by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and Bank Indonesia the interest rate guarantee provisions under the regulations of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the deposit insurance program of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan

Reminder

Customers must exercise caution against fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising prizes in any form. Any fraudulent acts or other criminal activities carried out by third parties in connection with or claiming to represent Bank Danamon or the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
