General Terms and Conditions of the Special Price Program for Japan Airlines Tickets and Discount of up to IDR 1,400,000 (one million four hundred thousand rupiah) and 0% Installment (zero percent) for up to 6 (six) months for the purchase of Japan Airlines flight tickets at Dwidayatour (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who own and transact using a Card (“Cardholder”) participating in:

  1. Special Price Program for Japan Airlines Tickets (“Ticket Program”).
  2. Discount Program of up to IDR 1,400,000 (one million four hundred thousand rupiah) (“Discount Program”); and
  3. 0% Installment Program for up to 6 (six) months (“Installment Program”)
for the purchase of Japan Airlines flight tickets at Dwidayatour (collectively referred to as the “Program”). The Program is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with merchant partners Japan Airlines and Dwidayatour.

Cardholders hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:

 


A. Period of Program

The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 22 October 2025 until 27 October 2025 (“Period of Program”).

C. Program General Terms and Conditions

  1. The program applies to the following cardholders : Credit Cards issued by Bank Danamon with the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB logos, and Charge Cards issued by Bank Danamon with the American Express logos but is not valid for corporate credit cards ("Cards").
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Cardholder's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.

    2. The Program is valid only for installment payments.
    3. Valid for one (1) transaction per one (1) card number at each store/outlet during the Program Period.
    4. The discount provided is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.
    5. The Program does not apply to multiple purchases.
    6. The Program is valid for Cardholders, both primary and supplementary cards
    7. The Cardholder understands and agrees that if the discount quota runs out before the Program Period ends, the Program Participant will not receive the discount.
  1. III. Installment Program
    1. Installment program apply with the following conditions:

    3. Any transaction converted into installments will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
    4. The process of applying for conversion into installments is done directly at the time of transaction and has never been submitted through other channels (e.g. SMS, email).
  2. This Program cannot be combined with other Bank Danamon programs and/or promotions.
  3. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

 

D. Complaints of Cardholders

  1. Cardholders or their representative may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the Bank’s nearest branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to  hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

E. Miscellaneous

  1. These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of The General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon Bank Cards, as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail
  2. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by the Partner are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of the Bank. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner.
  3. Cardholders agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through the Bank’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholders has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by the Bank via its available communication channels. Cardholders agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholders does not agree with the changes, the Cardholders has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  4. Cardholders represents and warrants that the Cardholders is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  5. Apabila terdapat indikasi penipuan, kecurangan, penyalahgunaan, penyimpangan transaksi, transaksi tidak wajar, tindak pidana pencucian uang dan/atau tindakan yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, maka Bank berhak melakukan pembatalan transaksi, mengakhiri penggunaan produk/layanan Bank, pembatalan keikutsertaan Program, maupun pembatalan pemberian manfaat Program kepada Peserta Program yang bersangkutan. Peserta Program tetap wajib untuk melunasi seluruh kewajibannya kepada Bank (apabila ada).
  6. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, revoke the Cardholders participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Cardholders shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to the Bank, if any.
  7. If any provision of these Program General Terms and Conditions are, by reason of any government regulation or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, rendered invalid, or declared null and void, such circumstance shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Program General Terms and Condition, which shall remain in full force and effect and binding upon the parties as set forth herein.
  8. In the event that any irregularities related to the Program are discovered, or if any fraudulent activity is suspected, Cardholders is advised to promptly report such matters through Hello Danamon.
  9. These Program Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  10. The headings and terminology used in these Program General Terms and Conditions are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the contents of these Program General Terms and Conditions.
  11. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  12. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Apabila terdapat indikasi penipuan, kecurangan, penyalahgunaan, penyimpangan transaksi, transaksi tidak wajar, tindak pidana pencucian uang dan/atau tindakan yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, maka Bank berhak melakukan pembatalan transaksi, mengakhiri penggunaan produk/layanan Bank, pembatalan keikutsertaan Program, maupun pembatalan pemberian manfaat Program kepada Peserta Program yang bersangkutan. Peserta Program tetap wajib untuk melunasi seluruh kewajibannya kepada Bank (apabila ada).
  6. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, revoke the Cardholders participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Cardholders shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to the Bank, if any.
  7. If any provision of these Program General Terms and Conditions are, by reason of any government regulation or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, rendered invalid, or declared null and void, such circumstance shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Program General Terms and Condition, which shall remain in full force and effect and binding upon the parties as set forth herein.
  8. In the event that any irregularities related to the Program are discovered, or if any fraudulent activity is suspected, Cardholders is advised to promptly report such matters through Hello Danamon.
  9. These Program Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  10. The headings and terminology used in these Program General Terms and Conditions are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the contents of these Program General Terms and Conditions.
  11. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  12. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Reminder

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
