Program Description

The Program General Terms and Conditions Cashback IDR 80,000 at Toys Kingdom (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participant of Cashback IDR 80,000 at Toys Kingdom ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") [in collaboration with Toys Kingdom ("Partner”).

The Program Participant hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:

Program Period

The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 15 October 2025 until 15 November 2025 (“Period of Program”).

The program is valid at all Toys Kingdom outlets listed in the following link: Click here (“Toys Kingdom Outlets”).

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The program is valid for holders of the following cards: Mastercard debit cards, credit cards and charge cards issued by Bank Danamon with the Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB logos, but is not valid for corporate credit cards ("Cards").
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. Cardholders are solely responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

      Hereinafter referred to as 'Cashback Reward',

    2. This program is not cumulative.
    3. The program is valid every day, including national holidays, during the Program Period.
    4. The program is valid for the first/fastest transaction up to the quota specified in the table above during the Program Period.
    5. Customers understand and agree that if the Program Quota has been used up before the end of the Program Period, they will not receive the Cashback Reward.
    6. The maximum Cashback that can be obtained is 1 (one) time per Card number during the Program Period.
    7. If the Cardholder has more than 1 (one) type of Card, the cashback applies to each Card owned by the Cardholder (including primary and additional Cards).
    8. Specifically for the use of additional Credit Cards and Charge Cards in the Program, the Cashback will be given to the main Card.
    9. The Cashback will be given in the form of a credit balance to the monthly bill and/or will be credited to the Card account by Bank Danamon no later than 60 (sixty) working days in the month after the Program Period ends.
    10. Transactions using QRIS with Credit Card and Savings as the source of funds are not eligible for cashback.
    11. The Program does not apply to installment transactions and transactions converted into instalments.
    12. Cashback is only credited to Credit Cards that are current/active (not blocked, not in default).
    13. For transactions with a Debit Card, accounts that are not eligible for cashback are accounts with non-IDR currencies, Tabungan Cita2Ku, Primajaga, Proteksi Prima, Hajj Savings, Education Savings, BISA Savings, and Safe Deposit Box accounts. Apart from these types of accounts, customers are eligible to receive cashback which will be credited to the account used as the source of funds for the transaction.
    14. Cashback cannot be transferred and/or cashed out.
    15. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  6. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid evidence of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Cardholder Complaints

  1. Cardholders and/or Cardholders representatives may file complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by the Partner are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of the Bank. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner.
  2. Cardholders represents and warrants that the Cardholders is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  3. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, revoke the Cardholders participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Cardholders shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to the Bank, if any.
  4. These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of The General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon Bank Cards, the General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon American Express Credit Cards and Charge Cards, and the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  5. Cardholders agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through the Bank’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholders has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by the Bank via its available communication channels. Cardholders agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholders does not agree with the changes, the Cardholders has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  6. If any provision of these Program General Terms and Conditions are, by reason of any government regulation or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, rendered invalid, or declared null and void, such circumstance shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Program General Terms and Condition, which shall remain in full force and effect and binding upon the parties as set forth herein.
  7. In the event that any irregularities related to the Program are discovered, or if any fraudulent activity is suspected, Cardholders is advised to promptly report such matters through Hello Danamon.
  8. These Program Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  10. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Reminder

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
