Program Description

The Program General Terms and Conditions Save 15% at Bottega Ristorante (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Cardholders of Save 15% at Bottega Ristorante ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") in collaboration with Bottega Ristorante ("Partner").

Cardholders hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:

Program Period

The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 1 September 2025 until 31 August 2026 (“Period of Program”).

Participating Outlet

The program is valid at Bottega Ristorante, located at Fairgrounds SCBD Lot 14, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta Selatan, 021 5140 2266.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholders of Bank Danamon Indonesia who have (i) a Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Card with the Mastercard and GPN logos; and (ii) a Bank Danamon Credit Card and Charge Card with the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, but excluding corporate cards ("Cardholders").
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. Cardholders are solely responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Cardholder's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Program applies to the following card types: (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with the Mastercard and GPN logos; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, but excluding corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards ("Cards").
  6. The Program consists of a discount or price reduction of 15% (fifteen percent) with a maximum discount of IDR 225,000 (two hundred and twenty-five thousand IDR) with a minimum transaction of IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah) after tax and service charges.
  7. The Program is valid for the following period:
    • The program is valid every day, except on Saturdays when it is only valid until 16:00 WIB;
    • The program is valid every day for food and beverages (excluding alcoholic beverages).
    • The program is not valid on Valentine's Day on 14 February 2026, Christmas Eve on 24 December 2025, Christmas Day on 25 December 2025, New Year's Eve on 31 December 2025 and New Year's Day on 1 January 2026.
  8. The program applies to primary and supplementary cards.
  9. The program is only valid for one transaction per card per day.
  10. The program does not apply to QRIS payment systems with credit card funding sources.
  11. The program applies to dine-in meals.
  12. The program does not apply to split bills.
  13. The program does not apply to alcoholic beverages.
  14. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  15. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transactions conducted by the Customer constitute valid evidence of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Cardholder Complaints

  1. Cardholders may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the Bank’s nearest branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by Bottega Ristorante are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of the Bank. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner.
  2. Cardholders represents and warrants that the Cardholders is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  3. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, revoke the Cardholders participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Cardholders shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to the Bank, if any.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding for the Cardholders and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute a unified whole and form an integral part of the 'General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services', 'General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Accounts and Banking Services', 'General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Debit/ATM Cards', 'General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Cards', and 'General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon Credit Cards'. These terms and conditions shall remain valid unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. Cardholders agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through the Bank’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholders has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by the Bank via its available communication channels. Cardholders agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholders does not agree with the changes, the Cardholders has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  7. These Program Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  9. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Reminder

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
