Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the program of Save IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) 0% Installment up to 12 Months for Puchase of Samsung Product at Dinomarket ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who own and transact using a Card ("Cardholder") and participate in the Save IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) 0% Installment up to 12 Months for Puchase of Samsung Product at Dinomarket ("Program"), which is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with Blibli as merchant partners Dinomarket.

By participating in this Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Program Period

The program runs from September 26, 2025 until October 31, 2025 ("Program Period").

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The Program is valid for the following Cardholders: Bank Danamon Credit and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard®, American Express®, and JCB logos, but not valid for Danamon corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards (“Cards”).
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Cardholder's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Program is valid under the following conditions:
    • Discount Program
      • The program offers a discount of IDR 1,000,000.00 (one milion Rupiah) valid for every purchase of Samsung product with a minimum transaction of IDR 15,000,000.00 (fifty million Rupiah).
      • The program valid with maximum 4 (four) quota transaction during Program Period.
      • The program is valid for transactions with full payment and installment.
      • The program is valid every day from 00:01 to 23:59 WIB during the Program Period.
      • Valid for 1 (one) transaction for 1 (one) account during the Program Period.
      • This program is valid for transactions made through the Dinomarket app channel
      • The program is not valid for multiple purchases.
      • The program is valid for both the main and additional cards.
      • The program is valid for purchases using delivery services supported by Dinomarket.
      • Cardholders agree that they will not receive discounts if the quota specified in point 5.I.b above has been used up, even if the Program Period has not yet ended.
      • The program is valid for purchases using delivery services supported by Dinomarket.
      • Dinomarket reserves the right to cancel the discount, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or suspend the account if any indication of promo code misuse by the user is found.
      • This program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
    • Installment Program
      • The 0% (zero percent) installment program applies to tenors of 3 (three), 6 (six), and 12 (twelve) months.
      • The program applies to transactions with the following minimum amounts:
      • The program is valid for purchases of Samsung product at Dinomarket.
      • The program applies to both main and supplementary cards.
      • Each transaction converted into installments will be subject to an administration fee of IDR 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah), which will be borne by the Cardholder. If the installments are cancelled by the Cardholder, the administration fee will not be refunded to the Cardholder;
      • Each transaction with installment conversion will not receive D-Points or Membership Rewards Points;
      • The program is valid if the installment has not been submitted to Bank Danamon through other media (e.g. SMS, email, etc.);
      • For each early repayment or cancellation of a program transaction by the Cardholder, the Cardholder will be charged a penalty fee of 5% (five percent) of the remaining principal of the program loan and the interest accrued at that time (if any).
  6. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Cardholder Complaints

  1. Cardholders and/or Cardholders representatives may file complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/en/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. Products and/or services offered by merchant partners are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon and are fully under the merchants’ accountability. Please contact the relevant merchant for any issues or complaints.
  2. The Cardholder confirms that no transaction associated with this Program constitutes money laundering or violates applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If fraud, abuse, transaction irregularities, or violations of laws are suspected, Bank Danamon may cancel the transaction, suspend services, or terminate Program benefits. The Cardholder remains liable for any outstanding obligations to the Bank.
  4. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and any other applicable banking terms. If there is any inconsistency, these Program Terms shall prevail.
  5. Bank Danamon reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced through Bank Danamon’s official communication channels. If changes affect benefits, risks, costs, or conditions, Cardholders may raise objections in writing within 30 (thirty) business days. Failure to object within this period will be deemed as acceptance.
  6. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid by law or court decision, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
  7. Any suspected fraud should be reported immediately to Hello Danamon
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  9. These Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority.

Reminder

Cardholders should be cautious of fraud committed by individuals impersonating Bank Danamon by promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or criminal acts by third parties on behalf of or related to the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
