Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Amex Member Get Member (MGM) Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to customers who participate in the Amex Member Get Member (MGM) Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and are an integral and inseparable part of the Amex Member Get Member (MGM) Program Participation Form (“Form”).

Program Participants hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program will be implemented during the period from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

  1. This program is valid for existing individual Bank Danamon customers who hold a Danamon American Express Platinum Charge Card ("Cardholder") and who refer new Bank Danamon customers under this program.
  2. The Cardholder's Danamon American Express Platinum Charge Card must be active and unblocked.
  3. The referred prospective new Bank Danamon customer must be an individual who has never used Bank Danamon products/services ("Prospective Cardholder"), subject to the following conditions:
    1. Prospective Cardholders must submit an application for a Danamon American Express Platinum Charge Card or Danamon American Express Gold Charge Card to Bank Danamon, which must be approved and activated during the Program Period.
    2. Prospective Cardholders must have never held a credit card and/or charge card of any type from Bank Danamon.
    3. Prospective Cardholders must not be in the process of applying for a credit card and/or charge card of any type from Bank Danamon.
    4. If a Prospective Cardholder has previously held or is in the process of applying for a credit card and/or charge card from Bank Danamon, their application will not be considered part of this Program.
    5. If more than one Cardholder references the same Prospective Cardholder's data/information, the Cardholder who is eligible to receive a prize under this Program is the Cardholder who first fulfills the General Terms and Conditions of this Program based on the data recorded by Bank Danamon and based on the earliest date of receipt of the MGM Program Participation Form by Bank Danamon.
    6. Prospective Cardholders must not have a Bank Danamon Credit Card that is in the collection or write-off (WO) block.
    7. Prospective Cardholders do not include employees of Bank Danamon and group companies.
    8. The prospective Cardholder or referred Customer ("Referee") is well known to the Customer ("Referrer"), and the Customer is willing to provide information about the Referee to RM Premium if necessary.
    9. This program is not valid for employees of Bank Danamon or the Bank Danamon group.

    Program Terms and Conditions

    1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Program Terms and Conditions.
    2. The Bank reserves the right to reject or cancel a Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Program Terms and Conditions.
    3. Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
    4. To participate in this Program, Cardholders must first register by signing the MGM Program Participation Form obtained from their Premium Relationship Manager and signing the General Program Terms and Conditions.
    5. Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel a Cardholder's participation and/or award any prizes/rewards under the Program if the Cardholder fails to comply with and/or violates the General Program Terms and Conditions.
    6. The Cardholder has obtained valid written consent from the Prospective Cardholder to provide their data and/or information to any other party, including Bank Danamon, and the Cardholder will be fully responsible for any lawsuits, claims, demands, or compensation from any other party, including the Cardholder and/or Prospective Cardholder, related to the provision of the Prospective Cardholder's data to Bank Danamon.
    7. Prospective Cardholders must submit an application for a Danamon American Express Platinum Charge Card or Danamon American Express Gold Charge Card to Bank Danamon, and have it approved and activated during the Program Period.
    8. Prospective Cardholders must have never held a credit card and/or charge card of any type from Bank Danamon.
    9. The prospective Cardholder must not be in the process of applying for any type of credit card and/or charge card from Bank Danamon.
    10. If the prospective Cardholder has previously held or is currently in the process of applying for a credit card and/or charge card from Bank Danamon, their application will not be considered for participation in this Program.
    11. If the prospective Cardholder has previously held or is currently in the process of applying for a credit card and/or charge card from Bank Danamon, their application will not be considered for participation in this Program.
    12. The prospective Cardholder must not have a Bank Danamon Credit Card that is in a collection or write-off (WO) block.
    13. The prospective Cardholder must not be an employee of Bank Danamon or its group companies.
    14. Bank Danamon reserves the right to accept, delay, or reject applications for Danamon American Express Platinum Charge Cards or Danamon American Express Gold Charge Cards from prospective Cardholders in accordance with Bank Danamon's policies.
    15. Cardholders will receive a prize or reward in the form of Membership Rewards Points for every application submitted by a Prospective Cardholder and approved by Bank Danamon and activated by the cardholder with the following prize or reward provisions:

    16. Bonus Membership Rewards Points will be awarded to Cardholders only if they meet the General Program Terms and Conditions.
    17. The following is an illustration of the Program:
      1. Cardholder Card Type: Danamon American Express Platinum Charge Card.
      2. Prospective Cardholders: 2 (two) individuals approved and activated for the Danamon American Express.
      3. Platinum Charge Card and 1 (one) individual approved and activated for the Danamon American Express Gold Charge Card.

    18. Bonus Membership Rewards Points will be credited to the Cardholder's Danamon American Express Platinum Charge Card no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days after the prospective Cardholder's application for a Danamon American Express Platinum Charge Card or Danamon American Express Gold Charge Card is approved and activated.
    19. Bonus Membership Rewards Points will be awarded to the Cardholder's basic/main card.
    20. Bonus Membership Rewards Points will be credited to the Cardholder's Danamon American Express Platinum Charge Card, provided it is active, unblocked, and not in arrears.
    21. Bonus Membership Rewards Points are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
    22. The Cardholder can check the Membership Rewards Points earned through the D-Bank PRO application, by contacting Platinum Card Service at (021) 3435 8889, or by contacting a Premium Relationship Manager.
    23. The Membership Rewards Point Bonus validity period is in accordance with the Membership Rewards Point validity period stipulated in the general Membership Rewards Point terms and conditions.
    24. The verification and approval process for applications for Danamon American Express Platinum Charge Cards or Danamon American Express Gold Charge Cards from Prospective Cardholders is entirely within the authority of Bank Danamon.
    25. Bank Danamon's decisions related to the Program, including but not limited to the acceptance of Prospective Cardholders' personal data for the purpose of awarding prizes, are final and cannot be contested against all Cardholders participating in the Program, both Cardholders and Prospective Cardholders.
    26. Other terms and conditions related to the card or Bank Danamon's products and/or services, to the extent not stipulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, remain valid and binding on Cardholders and form an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    27. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership and the General Terms and Conditions of Rewards Point Membership. These terms and conditions remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    28. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to such changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within that time period. If the Cardholder does not agree to these changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first fulfilling all of their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
    29. Pemegang Kartu menyatakan bahwa tidak ada dan tidak akan ada transaksi yang terindikasi tindak pidana pencucian uang dan/atau transaksi lainnya yang tidak diperkenankan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia.
    30. The Cardholder declares that there have been no and will not be any transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited by applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
    31. If there are reports of indications of fraud, cheating, and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel their participation in the Program, or award a prize to the Cardholder.

    Program Participant Complaints

    1. Program Participants and/or Program Participants' representatives may submit complaints about banking transactions/services orally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
    2. Procedures concerning Program Participants complaint services can be accessed through the https://www.danamon.co.id/en/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

    Additional Terms and Agreements

    1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions for Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership, the General Terms and Conditions for Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    2. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/add to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the Bank's communication media. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program Participants have the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the Bank notifies them through the Bank's communication media. Program Participants agree that they are deemed to have agreed to such changes if they do not submit an objection within that time period. If a Program Participant does not agree to these changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first fulfilling all of their obligations to the Bank (if any).
    3. Program Participants declare that there have been no and will not be any transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited by applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
    4. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions inconsistent with laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel their participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant. Program Participants are still required to pay all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
    5. If any irregularities are discovered regarding this Program or if they suspect fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
    6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
    7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee program.

    Reminder

    Program Participants must exercise caution against fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent the Bank and promising rewards of any kind. Any fraudulent activity or other criminal acts carried out by third parties in connection with or claiming affiliation with the Program are beyond the authority and responsibility of the Bank.h
