Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the program of Save IDR1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) and 0% installment up to 12 months for Puchase of HUAWEI Pura 80 at Shopee ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who own and transact using a Card ("Cardholder") and participate in the Save IDR1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) and 0% installment up to 12 months for Puchase of HUAWEI Pura 80 at Shopee ("Program"), which is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with Blibli as merchant partners Shopee.

By participating in this Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Program Period

The program runs from September 17, 2025 until October 17, 2025 ("Program Period").

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The program is valid for the following cardholders: Mastercard debit cards, credit cards and charge cards issued by Bank Danamon with the Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB logos, but is not valid for corporate credit cards ("Cards").
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Cardholder's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The program is valid for the following cardholders:
    1. The program offers a discount of IDR 1,000,000.00 (one milion Rupiah) with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 14,999,000.00 (Fourteen million nine hundred ninety nine thousand Rupiah).
    2. The program is valid with a maximum of 60 (sixty) transaction quotas for all Banks participating in this Shopee program during the Program Period.
    3. The voucher will automatically appear on the 'My Voucher' page and will be valid once selected during checkout through the Shopee app.
    4. If the voucher does not appear, it means the quota has been fully used.
    5. The program applies to full payment transactions using Danamon Mastercard Debit Card, and applies to both full payment and installment transactions using Danamon Credit Card and Charge Card. If payment is made using the installment method, a minimum transaction of IDR 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand Rupiah) is required.
    6. The program is valid every day from 10:00 to 22:00 WIB during the Program Period.
    7. The program is valid for 1 (one) transaction for 1 (one) Shopee user account during the Program Period.
    8. The program is not valid for multiple purchases.
    9. The program is valid for both the main and supplementary cards.
    10. Cardholders agree that they will not receive discounts/price reductions if the quota specified in point 5.b above has been used up, even if the Program Period has not yet ended.
    11. The program is valid for purchases using delivery services supported by Shopee.
    12. Shopee reserves the right to cancel the discount, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or suspend the account if any indication of promo code misuse by the user is found.
  6. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Cardholder Complaints

  1. Complaints may be submitted by the Cardholder or an authorized representative either orally or in writing via the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Products and/or services offered by merchant partners are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon and are fully under the merchants’ accountability. Please contact the relevant merchant for any issues or complaints.
  2. The Cardholder confirms that no transaction associated with this Program constitutes money laundering or violates applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If fraud, abuse, transaction irregularities, or violations of laws are suspected, Bank Danamon may cancel the transaction, suspend services, or terminate Program benefits. The Cardholder remains liable for any outstanding obligations to the Bank.
  4. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and any other applicable banking terms. If there is any inconsistency, these Program Terms shall prevail.
  5. Bank Danamon reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced through Bank Danamon’s official communication channels. If changes affect benefits, risks, costs, or conditions, Cardholders may raise objections in writing within 30 (thirty) business days. Failure to object within this period will be deemed as acceptance.
  6. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid by law or court decision, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. 
  7. Any suspected fraud should be reported immediately to Hello Danamon.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  9. These Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority.

Reminder

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
