A. Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of One Night Free at Capella Hotels and Resorts Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to customers participating in One Night Free at Capella Hotels and Resorts Program (“Program”) organized by Mastercard (“Organizer”).
Program participants hereby agree and bind themselves to all the terms and conditions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

B. Program Period

This program is valid from 1 May 2025 until 30 April 2026 (“Program Period”).

C. Participant Criteria

This program applies to Bank Danamon cardholder who have Danamon World Elite™ Mastercard Credit Card (“Program Participant”).

D. Program Terms and Conditions

1. Before participating in the Program, Program Participants are required to read, understand and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
2. The bank has the right to refuse or cancel the participation of Program participants in this Program if the Program participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
3. Program participants are fully responsible for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.

5. Reservations can be made through the One Night Free with Mastercard | Capella Hotel Group website by entering the promo code MCAPONF. 
6. The maximum stay date is May 31, 2026. 
7. This offer is valid for double occupancy (two people), and all included amenities must be used during the stay and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
8. Advance reservations are required and subject to availability at the time of booking.
9. Guests must present an eligible Danamon World Elite™ Mastercard Credit Card upon check-in and make payment using that card to receive the offer.
10. Rates are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.
11. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs except GHA DISCOVERY.
12. Blackout dates are subject to Capella Hotels and Resorts' regulations. 
13. Rules regarding cancellations or changes to reservations are subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable to Capella Hotels and Resorts.
14. This offer is valid only if payment for the related product or service is made using a Card that meets the General Program Terms and Conditions.
15. The listed price may be subject to applicable service fees and government taxes (if any).
16. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Program Terms and Conditions, Program Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to these General Program Terms and Conditions. Transactions made by Program Participants constitute valid proof of their participation in the Program and their agreement to be bound by the General Program Terms and Conditions.
