These General Terms and Conditions of the Visa Epic Dining Experience for Danamon Visa Infinite Card (“Program Terms and Conditions”) apply to customers participating in the Visa Epic Dining Experience for Danamon Visa Infinite Card (“Program”) organized by Visa Indonesia (“Visa”).
By participating in the Program, participants agree to and are bound by all provisions stated in the Program Terms and Conditions as follows:

Program Period
The Program is valid from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026 (“Program Period”). -
Participant Criteria
Eligible participants:- This Program applies to Danamon Bank customers who hold a Danamon Visa Infinite Credit Card (“Card”),
- The Card must be active, have no outstanding payments, and not be blocked.
- The Program also applies to Danamon Bank employees.
Hereinafter referred to as “Program Participants”. -
Program Terms & Conditions
- Program Participants must read and understand the Program Terms and Conditions.
- The Bank reserves the right to reject or cancel a participant’s involvement in the Program if they do not meet the Program Terms and Conditions.
- Program Participants are fully responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
- The Program offers a 20% discount with a maximum benefit of IDR 500,000
- Minimum transaction of IDR 1,500,000 is required.

- Other terms and conditions related to the card or products and/or services of Bank Danamon, as long as not regulated differently in these Program Terms and Conditions, remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and form an integral part of the Program Terms and Conditions.
- These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise regulated in these Program Terms and Conditions.
- The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise/amend/supplement these Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these Program Terms and Conditions will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions under these Program Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Cardholder agrees that they are deemed to have accepted the changes if no objection is submitted within that period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program after settling all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
- The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be any transactions suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
- If there is a report of suspected fraud, misconduct, and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel Program participation, and/or revoke rewards granted to the Cardholder.
- The Cardholder may submit complaints regarding banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
- Complaint handling procedures can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
- These Program Terms and Conditions have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Other Terms and Conditions
- These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise regulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to revise/amend/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through communication media available at the Bank. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program Participants have the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification by the Bank through its communication media. - If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, misuse, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of Bank products/services, cancel Program participation, or revoke Program benefits granted to the relevant Program Participant. Program Participants remain obligated to settle all obligations to the Bank (if any).
- If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if fraud is suspected, Program Participants are advised to immediately report to Hello Danamon.
- These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
The General Terms and Conditions of 8% Savings with JAL for Danamon Visa Infinite Card (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to customers participating in the 8% Savings with JAL for Danamon Visa Infinite Card (“Program”) organized by Visa Indonesia (“Visa”).
Program Participants hereby agree to and are bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

- The Program offers 8% savings on round-trip tickets in First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy Class, and Economy Class to Japan.
- Valid for booking and travel period from October 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026.

This promotion is only valid for round-trip or open-jaw flights to Japan from the following origin points. Flights must be marketed by Japan Airlines, and tickets must reflect Japan Airlines ticket stock, starting from 131 - xxxxxxxxxx. International codeshare flights not operated by Japan Airlines are excluded from the promotion:

- The 8% discount applies only to airfare. Taxes and fuel surcharges are not eligible for the discount and will be charged in addition to the applicable discounted airfare.

- The bank has the right to refuse or cancel the participation of Program participants in this Program if the Program participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Program participants are fully responsible for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
- The program applies with the following conditions:

- Cardholders who fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will receive:
- Food & beverage credit starting at USD 25.
- Breakfast valid for 2 (two) people.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi.
- VIP Guest Status.
- Automatic Room Upgrade upon arrival, subject to availability.
- Late checkout request subject to availability.
- Visa has the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation and/or the awarding of prizes/rewards for the Program if the Cardholder does not fulfill and/or violates the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Other terms and conditions related to cards and products and/or services from Bank Danamon, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain valid and binding on Cardholders and form an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Visa Credit Card. These terms and conditions remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
- The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to improve/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of such changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within that time period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first completing all of the Cardholder's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
- The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be any transactions that are suspected of being money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
- If there is a report of indications of fraud, cheating and/or transaction irregularities, then Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or give a prize to the Cardholder concerned.

The General Terms and Conditions of the Savings up to 12% via App Agoda Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to customers who participate in the Savings up to 12% via App Agoda Program (“Program”) organized by Visa (“Organizer”).
Program Participants hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

- Reservations can be made through the Agoda app.
- Valid for bookings and stays until December 31, 2025.
- The discount promotion will appear on the booking form in the Agoda app after selecting the card payment method.
- Valid for participating hotels outside Indonesia.
- Not valid for hotels with a "pay at the hotel" payment method.
- Cardholders who fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will receive:
- 12% (twelve percent) discount up to Rp. 300,000 (three hundred thousand rupiah).
- Visa has the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation and/or the awarding of prizes/rewards for the Program if the Cardholder does not fulfill and/or violates the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Other terms and conditions related to cards and products and/or services from Bank Danamon, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain valid and binding on Cardholders and form an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

The program applies for card holders with criteria below:
- Valid for credit card holder of Danamon Visa Infinite (“Card”),
- The Card must be active, have no outstanding balances, and the card must not be blocked.
- The program also applies to Danamon Bank employees.
hereinafter referred to as “Program Participants”.
D. Program Terms & Conditions
- Before participating in the Program, Program Participants are required to read, understand and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
- The bank has the right to refuse or cancel the participation of Program participants in this Program if the Program participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Program participants are fully responsible for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
- The program applies with the following conditions:
- Reservations can be made through the website www.booking.com/visaid
- Valid for the booking and stay period until December 31, 2027.
- The program is not refundable or transferable.
- The program cannot be combined with other programs.
- Cardholders who fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will receive Wallet credits of up to 10% of the value of hotel bookings during the program period.
- Visa has the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation and/or the awarding of prizes/rewards for the Program if the Cardholder does not fulfill and/or violates the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Other terms and conditions related to cards and products and/or services from Bank Danamon, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain valid and binding on Cardholders and form an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Visa Credit Card. These terms and conditions remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
- The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to improve/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of such changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within that time period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first completing all of the Cardholder's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
- The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be any transactions that are suspected of being money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
- If there is a report of indications of fraud, cheating and/or transaction irregularities, then Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or give a prize to the Cardholder concerned.
- Cardholders can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
- Procedures regarding complaint services can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
- General Terms and Conditions This program has been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee program.
E. Program Participant Complaints
- Program participants can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
- Procedures for complaint handling can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
F. Other Provisions
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions for Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership, and the General Terms and Conditions for Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/add to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the Bank's communication channels. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program Participants have the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the Bank notifies them through the Bank's communication channels. Program Participants agree that they are deemed to have agreed to such changes if they do not submit an objection within that time period. If a Program Participant does not agree to these changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first fulfilling all of their obligations to the Bank (if any).
- Program Participants declare that there have been no and will not be any transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited by applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
- If there are indications of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions inconsistent with laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel their participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant. Program Participants are still required to pay all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
- If any irregularities are discovered regarding this Program or if they suspect fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee program.
