Program Description

General Terms and Conditions of this Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who participate in the Syariah Day 2025 Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk through its Syariah Business Unit   (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Syariah Day 2025 Program Participation Form (“Program Participation Form”).

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

This program is valid from 12 June 2025 to 31 September 2025 (“Program Period”).

Customer Criteria

This program is only open to customers who meet the following criteria (“Customers”):

  1. This program is intended for all individual customers, both new and existing customers.
  2. This program does not apply to Bank Danamon employees.
  3. This program is only applicable to single account types.
  4. Customers who apply for and/or open at least 1 (one) Bank Danamon product during the Program Period with the following details ("Products"):

    1. iB IDR Hajj Savings Plan ("TRH iB IDR");
    2. iB Sharia Planning Savings Account ("TPS iB") through the Social Banking or D-Bank PRO application;
    3. iB IDR Wadiah Sharia Savings Account ("iB Wadiah Savings Account");
    4. Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings Account (“DL PRO iB”); or
    5. IDR Sharia Deposit (“iB Deposit”);
    6. Danamon BISA Hajj iB (“DBH iB”).

Program's General Term and Condition

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Customers are required to complete and sign the Program Participation Form.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. Customers are to be responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. Applies only to products denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  6. Customers will still receive profit sharing (nisbah) in accordance with the applicable Product provisions at Bank Danamon, except for products with wadiah contracts such as Wadiah iB Savings Account and DL PRO iB.
  7. Customers are required to participate in one of Bank Danamon's account opening and Sharia banking service programs ("Program Scheme") during the Program Period, with the following conditions:

  1. Customers who have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of the Program are eligible to receive the Reward, in accordance with the Program Scheme selected by the Customer.
  2. Customers who are declared eligible are those who have opened an account, deposited funds (minimum deposit/first monthly deposit for TRH iB IDR/TPS iB) and blocked funds in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. For DBH iB products, eligible customers are those who have completed and signed the DBH iB Financing Application Form and provided the required documents in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of DBH iB Financing.
  4. If the Customer does not claim the Prize within the specified period, the prize will become the property of Bank Danamon.
  5. In the event of a failed debit, account closure, cancellation of program participation through a Branch and/or lifting of the fund block, the Customer's participation will be automatically cancelled and the Customer will be charged a prize replacement fee.
  6. Specifically for DBH iB, the Customer will not be charged a prize replacement fee.
  7. Customers may participate in the Program more than once, provided that the maximum number of prizes received is one prize per product enrolled.

  • Customers make an initial deposit of IDR 100,000 and a regular deposit of IDR 1,000,000 per month with a savings period of 6 months.

Customers are eligible to receive a prize.

B

  • The Syariah Day event takes place on 10–11 and 24–25 July 2025.
  • The customer opens a DL PRO iB account.
  • The customer opens an account during the Syariah Day event on 24 July 2025.
  • Customers deposit IDR 5,000,000 and block the funds for 1 month.

Customers are eligible to receive a prize.

C

  • The Syariah Day event takes place on 10–11 and 24–25 July 2025.
  • The customer opens an iB Deposit account.
  • The customer opened an account during the Syariah Day event on 25 July 2025.
  • Customers open a deposit of IDR 50,000,000 with a 3-month tenor.

Customers are eligible to receive a gift.

D

  • The Syariah Day event takes place on 10–11 and 24–25 July 2025.
  • The customer is interested in DBH iB.
  • The customer completed and signed the DBH iB Financing Application Form on 25 July 2025.
  • Customers provide their Tax Identification Number (NPWP) and Identity Card (KTP) information to be scanned by the Branch Team.

Customers are eligible to receive a gift.

E

  • The Syariah Day event will take place on 10–11 and 24–25 July 2025.
  • The customer opens two DL PRO iB accounts.
  • The customer opens an account during the Syariah Day event on 24 July 2025.
  • Customers deposit funds of IDR 5,000,000 and block the funds for 1 month.

The customer is eligible to receive a prize but is only counted as 1 NOA, so they only receive 1 prize (since they opened the same product).

F

  • The Syariah Day event took place on 10–11 and 24–25 July 2025.
  • The customer opens a DL PRO iB and TRH iB account.
  • The customer opened the account during the Syariah Day event on 24 July 2025.
  • The customer deposits IDR 5,000,000 and blocks the funds for 1 month in DL PRO iB.
  • Customers make an initial deposit of IDR 100,000 and a regular deposit of IDR 1,000,000 per month with a savings period of 6 months.

The customer is eligible to receive a reward and is counted as 2 NOA, so the customer receives 2 rewards (since they opened different products).

G

  • The Syariah Day event will take place on 10–11 and 24–25 July 2025.
  • The customer opens a DL PRO iB account and a Wadiah iB Savings account.
  • The customer opens the account during the Syariah Day event on 24 July 2025.
  • The customer deposits IDR 5,000,000 and blocks the funds for 1 month in the DL PRO iB and Wadiah iB Savings accounts.

Customers are eligible to receive prizes and are counted as 2 NOA, so customers receive 2 prizes (because they opened different products).

H

  • The Syariah Day event takes place on 10–11 and 24–25 July 2025.
  • The customer opens a DL PRO iB account.
  • The customer opens an account during the Syariah Day event on 24 July 2025.
  • The customer deposits IDR 1,000,000 with a 1-month fund block.

The customer is not eligible to receive the prize because the fund placement does not meet the program requirements.

I

  • The Syariah Day event takes place on 10–11 and 24–25 July 2025.
  • The customer opens a TRH iB IDR account.
  • The customer opened the account on 23 July 2025.
  • The customer made an initial deposit of IDR 100,000 and a regular deposit of IDR 1,000,000 per month with a savings period of 6 months.

The customer is not eligible to receive a prize because the account was opened outside the Syariah Day event period.

J

  • The Syariah Day event took place on 10–11 and 24–25 July 2025.
  • The customer is interested in the DBH iB product.
  • The customer completed the DBH iB product form without a signature on 25 July 2025.
  • The customer provided their ID card information to be scanned by the Branch Team.

Customers are not eligible to receive the prize because the DBH iB product form was not signed and they did not provide their Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).

K

  • The Syariah Day event took place on 10–11 and 24–25 July 2025.
  • The customer opened an iB Deposit account.
  • Customer account opening during the Syariah Day event on 25 July 2025.
  • The customer opens a deposit of IDR 50,000,000 with a 3-month tenor.
  • The customer breaks the deposit in the second month (25 August 2025).

The customer is eligible to receive a prize. However, due to the early withdrawal, the customer is charged a Prize Replacement Fee and their participation in the programis cancelled.

L

  • The Syariah Day event takes place on 10–11 and 24–25 July 2025.
  • The customer opened a TRH iB IDR account.
  • The customer opened the account during the Syariah Day event on 10 July 2025.
  • The customer makes an initial deposit of IDR 100,000 and a regular deposit of IDR 1,000,000 per month with a savings period of 6 months.
  • On 23 July 2025, the customer cancels their participation in the program through the branch.

The customer is eligible to receive the prize. However, since the customer cancelled their participation in the program, a Prize Replacement Fee is charged.

M

  • The Syariah Day event takes place on 10–11 and 24–25 July 2025.
  • Customers open TRH iB IDR accounts.
  • The customer opened the account at the Syariah Day event on 10 July 2025.
  • The customer made an initial deposit of IDR 100,000 and a regular deposit of IDR 1,000,000 per month with a savings period of 6 months.
  • At the time of program participation, there was no availability of prizes/a shortage of stock at Danamon Syariah's supplier, so the prize was replaced with an equivalent value.

Customers are eligible to receive the prize, and the Branch Team informs the Customer of the prize replacement when the Customer collects the prize.

Terms and Conditions of Rewards

  1. Customers who meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program are entitled to receive a prize in accordance with the Program Scheme selected by the Customer. If the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer will not receive a prize.
  2. The prize given to the customer is net (after tax), with the prize tax borne by Bank Danamon.
  3. Prizes will be sent to the branch where the account was opened/the product was registered for the Program.
  4. Customers can collect their prizes at the branch office where they opened their account/registered for the product included in the Program within 45 (forty-five) working days after receiving notification from Bank Danamon through the branch team or the Shariah Funding Specialist team.
  5. If there is no availability/shortage of prizes in this program, Bank Danamon reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of similar value without prior notification to the customer.
  6. Any taxes incurred on the prize shall be borne by Bank Danamon.

Risk

The Customer will be charged a Gift replacement fee if they cancel their participation in the Program and/or fail to meet the Program Terms and Conditions.

Fees

Customers will not be charged any fees for the prizes awarded under this Program. However, if the Customer fails to comply with the Program Terms and Conditions, the Customer will be charged a prize replacement fee equal to the value of the Prize plus prize tax.

Power of Attorney

  1. The Customer hereby authorises Bank Danamon to: (i) block and unblock funds in accordance with the Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program; and/or (ii) debit the Customer's account at Bank Danamon for the payment of penalties/replacement of gift fees if the Customer cancels the Program in accordance with the Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The power of attorney granted by the Customer in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is granted to the Bank with the right of substitution and as long as the Customer's obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such powers of attorney cannot be revoked or terminated for any reason. This includes but is not limited to the reasons stated in Article 1813 (termination of power of attorney: upon revocation of the power of attorney by the attorney; upon notification of termination of the power of attorney by the attorney; upon the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the attorney). 1814 (the principal may revoke the power of attorney whenever he/she so desires, and if there are grounds for doing so, compel the attorney to return the power of attorney in his/her possession) and 1816 (the appointment of a new agent to carry out the same affairs shall result in the revocation of the first power of attorney, effective from the date of notification to the latter of such appointment). The Civil Code and these powers of attorney form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id .
  2. The procedure for the complaint service can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Additional Terms and Agreements

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Banking Accounts and Services" published by Bank Danamon, and the General Terms and Conditions of other products and/or services applicable at Bank Danamon. These terms and conditions remain in force unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  3. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that are indicative of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  4. If there are indications of fraud, deception, abuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obliged to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and can be implemented as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. Customers agree that funds placed in savings accounts with returns above the maximum interest rate guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) are not guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS). Rewards received by Customers are also calculated as a component of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. Customers can find out about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branches or through Hello Danamon.
  7. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if fraud is suspected, the Customer is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Reminder

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
