TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THE 5% CASHBACK FEATURE OFFERS AS MUCH AS IDR 100,000 FOR BILL PAYMENT TRANSACTION

These General Terms and Conditions (“Feature’s General Terms and Conditions”) represent the terms and conditions applicable to Cardholders who can avail of the 5% Cashback Feature of as much as IDR 100,000 for Bill Payment transaction (“Features”) offered by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

The Customer hereby agrees and is bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Features as follows:

General Terms and Conditions of the Feature

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Feature.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Feature if they do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Feature.
  3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Feature.
  4. Applies to Danamon Visa, Mastercard, and JCB Credit Cardholders ("Cards").
  5. Not applicable to Danamon Grab Credit Cards.
  6. Applies to Basic and Supplementary Cards.
  7. Cardholders are required to register for bill payments on their Credit Card.
  8. 5% (five percent) cashback up to IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah) applies to all bill payments at merchants registered with Bank Danamon.
  9. Cashback does not apply to electricity bills.
  10. Cashback is given on the total of routine bill payments registered on the main credit card or additional credit card (as one unit), with the following limits on the amount of cashback given:

  12. Cardholders are required to make a minimum of 5 (five) retail transactions using the Basic Card and/or Supplementary Card, with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah) per transaction within one calendar month (from the first to the end of the month). Retail transactions do not include QRIS transactions funded by a credit card.
  13. Transactions made on the same day and at the same location by the Basic Card and/or Supplementary Card are counted as one transaction.
  14. Cashback crediting is done monthly and can be seen on the following month's billing statement. Here's an illustration:
    • Cashback for the Cardholder's bill payment transactions in February 2022 will be credited no later than March 31, 2022, and will be printed on the Cardholder's billing statement in April 2022.
  15. Cashback will be credited to the Basic Card, which is active, has no outstanding payments, and is not blocked.
  16. By using the 5% Cashback Feature up to IDR 100,000 for Bill Payment Transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Feature, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to use the Feature and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Feature. The Cardholder's transactions constitute valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in this Feature and the Cardholder's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Feature.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Products and/or services from the merchant partners are entirely the responsibility of the respective merchants, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services, and/or savings, please contact the merchant partner directly.
  2. All transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reports of indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or provide savings to the Cardholder.
  4. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to meet its General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid and shall bind the Cardholder, and become an inseparable unit.
  6. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services” and “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Card Membership”.
  7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/additions/revisions on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon.
  8. In case of a change in the benefits, risks, costs, general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder has approved the change in the event that the Cardholder does not file an objection within the period stated above. If the Cardholder disagrees with the change, the Cardholder has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all obligations owed to Bank Danamon. 
  9. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives may file complaints on banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at  hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  12. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
