Danamon Digital Partner Transaction Program

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program (“General Terms and Conditions of this Program”) constitute the terms and conditions for customers participating in the Danamon Digital Partner Transaction Program (“Program") organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon"), which form an integral and inseparable part of the Danamon Digital Partner Transaction Program Registration Form (“Form").

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program with the following terms and conditions:

Program Period

The program is implemented during the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 (“Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

This program applies to Bank Danamon customers/prospective customers (“Customers") whose business activities consist of: (i) Payment Gateways, Information Technology-based Financial Services (Financial Technology), Payment Service Providers, Rural Credit Banks, and Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce); and (ii) will use the VA API and Fund Transfer API services at Bank Danamon.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Every Customer who wishes to participate in the Program must first register by completing and signing the Form during the Program Period. 
  2. The recognized registration date is the date on which the Form is declared complete and verified by Bank Danamon.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a customer’s participation if the Customer does not meet the requirements set out in the Program Terms and Conditions.
  4. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. Customers who cancel their participation in the Program are not permitted to rejoin the ongoing Program.
  6. During the Program Period, the Customer is entitled to a discount on Central API Integration, Central API Calls, Virtual Account Transactions, transfers (SKN, RTGS, BI Fast, Online Transfer, Payment VA) by using the Application Programming Interface (“API”) provided by Bank Danamon (‘API Services’) in accordance with the special pricing provisions based on the applicable transaction tiering calculation in the program.
  7. API Service Fee Terms and Conditions
    1. The Customer understands and acknowledges that there are differences in the API Service Fees based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and the API Service agreement signed by the Customer and Bank Danamon.
    2. The Customer hereby agrees that during the Program Period: (i) the Customer will be charged API Service Fees based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program in accordance with the tiering calculation as stated in the table above; and (ii) Bank Danamon will debit the API Service Fees from the Customer's Current Account on the 20th of the following month (or the next business day if the 20th falls on a holiday).
    3. In the event that the Customer's participation in the Program is cancelled, either at the Customer's own request or based on the Bank's policy in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Direct Application Programming Interface (API) Service and Virtual Account and E-Reconciliation Service, including API service fees and the method of debiting API Service Fees, shall apply to the Customer.
    4. The Customer must ensure the availability of funds in the Debit Account in connection with the payment of API Service Fees. If Bank Danamon fails to debit the Debit Account three (3) times in three (3) consecutive months, Bank Danamon reserves the right to terminate the Customer's participation in this Program.
  1. This program can be combined with other product/marketing program features as long as it meets the terms and conditions of each applicable product/marketing program, but specifically for customers with Flexi Fund Current Accounts (product code 522), Flexi Fund BPR Current Accounts (product codes 524 & 557), Flexible Savings Account IDR (product code 540), Flexible Savings Account BPR IDR (product codes 541), Giro Bisa Syariah iB (product code 644), and Giro Syariah Mudharabah (product code 645) who receive free fund transfer service fees (including but not limited to SKN, RTGS, and BI Fast services) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the product feature, then:
    1. Customers will receive a refund for fund transfer service fees in the following month in accordance with the scheme, transaction fee refund amount/quota, mechanism, terms and conditions of each product feature.
    2. The fund transfer service fee refund amount/quota will be prioritized for transactions made through media other than the API Service (e.g. Danamon Cash Connect, teller or other media).
    3. If the amount/quota of the customer's transaction fee refund, after deducting the number of transactions through media other than the API Service, is still available, then fund transfer service transactions made through the API Service media will still be counted as a product feature benefit without being subject to transaction fees when the transaction occurs (so there will be no transaction fee refund in the following month).
    4. If the amount/quota for refunding fund transfer service fees has been exhausted, the Customer will be charged the applicable fund transfer service fee in accordance with the provisions of this Program.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. General Terms and Conditions of this Program forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, the General Terms and Conditions for Direct Application Programming Interface (API) Services, and the General Terms and Conditions for Virtual Account and E-Reconciliation Services provided by Bank Danamon.
  2. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program by giving notice through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will consider the Customer to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  3. The titles and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of this Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. The Customer declares that the Customer is not involved in transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. In the event of a report of suspected fraud, cheating and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Programme, and/or cancel the award to the Customer concerned.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK)
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Warning

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of the Bank by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of the Bank.
