Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of the 5% Cashback Program for Danamon LEBIH PRO and Danamon LEBIH Debit/ATM Cards (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to program participating in the 5% Cashback Program for Danamon LEBIH Debit/ATM Cards (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Program Participants hereby agree and are bound by all the terms and conditions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period

The program is valid from 1 May 2026 to 30 Juni 2026 (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

This program is open to program participants who meet the following criteria ("Program Participants"):

  1. Customers holding Danamon Lebih PRO/Danamon Lebih PRO iB and Danamon Lebih/Danamon Lebih iB savings accounts who make transactions using Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with the GPN and Mastercard logos.
  2. Not applicable to Danamon Bank Privilege Customers.

General Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse participation of any Program Participant who does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are solely responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The following provisions apply to the Program:
    • Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Cashback Scheme
      1. Exclusively for Program Participants holding a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account, Program Participants must make purchases at any merchant, whether offline or online, located overseas (“Overseas Transactions”), and/or make purchases at merchants registered with Mastercard as petrol station merchants, Groceries and/or Food & Beverages offline or online (“Eligible Merchants”) located within the country (“Domestic Transactions”) to receive a 5% cashback subject to the terms set out in the following table:

        *) The maximum cashback for new Program Participants only applies to Overseas Transactions and/or Domestic Transactions made in the same month as the month in which the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account was opened.

        **) Danamon Global Currency Card debit/ATM cards bearing the Mastercard logo, with the first 6 digits of the card number being: 541143

      2. The accumulated average balance of all Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB accounts held by the Program Participant must be at least IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah) during the Program Period.
      3. The minimum total accumulated transactions carried out by the Program Participant must be IDR 3,000,000.00 (three million rupiah) in Overseas and/or Domestic transactions each month.
      4. If the Program Participant has more than 1 (one) Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account, the transactions eligible for cashback are Overseas Transactions and/or Domestic Transactions from all Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO accounts held by the Program Participant (accumulated).
    • Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB Cashback Scheme
      1. Specifically for Program Participants who own Danamon Lebih/Danamon Lebih iB savings, Program Participants are required to make purchase transactions at merchants registered with Mastercard as gas station merchants, and/or groceries located within the country (“Domestic Transactions”) to get a cashback of 5% with the following conditions:

      2. The accumulated average balance of all Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB accounts held by the Program Participant must be at least IDR 10,000,000.00 (ten million rupiah) during the Program Period.
      3. The minimum total accumulated transactions made by Program Participants is IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah) in Overseas and/or Domestic Transactions each month.
      4. If a Program Participant has more than 1 (one) Danamon Lebih/Danamon Lebih iB account, the transactions counted towards cashback are Overseas and/or Domestic Transactions from all Danamon Lebih PRO/Danamon Lebih PRO accounts held by the Program Participant (accumulated).
    • The program is applicable to Program Participants who conduct transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and whose transactions are recorded in the Bank's system during the calculation month in their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB/Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB account in accordance with the respective schemes in points 4a and 4b.
    • The program does not apply to transactions made via ATM, D-Bank PRO by Danamon, or transactions on e-commerce platforms using direct debit facilities.
    • One Program Participant (one CIF) is only eligible for 1 (one) cashback per month during the Program Period.If a Program Participant has a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account and a Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB account (under the same CIF), the Program Participant is only eligible for 1 Cashback Scheme.
    • If the Program Participant's Overseas Transactions and/or Domestic Transactions in the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account are in accordance with the Danamon LEBIH PRO Cashback Scheme (point C.4.a), the Program Participant will only receive cashback in accordance with the Danamon LEBIH PRO Cashback Scheme and will not be eligible for the Danamon LEBIH Cashback Scheme, even if they meet the requirements of the Danamon LEBIH Cashback Scheme (point C.4.b). If the Program Participant's Overseas Transactions and/or Domestic Transactions in their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account do not comply with the Danamon LEBIH PRO Cashback Scheme (clause C.4.a), the Program Participant will not receive cashback under the Danamon LEBIH PRO Cashback Scheme, but the Program Participant remains eligible for the Danamon LEBIH Cashback Scheme provided they meet the terms and conditions of the Danamon LEBIH Cashback Scheme (Section C.4.b)class=""
  5. By conducting transactions in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Program during the Program Period, Program Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Program Terms and Conditions. Transactions conducted by Program Participants constitute valid evidence of their participation in the Program and their agreement to be bound by the General Program Terms and Conditions.
  6. Bank Danamon does not charge any fees for the Program.

Rewards

  1. Program Participants who have fulfilled the Program’s Terms and Conditions are entitled to receive the rewards as stipulated under the Program (“Rewards”).
  2. Cashback for the Danamon LEBIH PRO / Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Cashback Scheme will only be credited to the Participant’s Danamon LEBIH PRO / Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account in Indonesian Rupiah currency that is active at the time of cashback disbursement. If a Program Participant has more than one (1) Danamon LEBIH PRO / Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account, the cashback will be credited to the account with the highest cumulative transaction amount.
  3. Cashback for the Danamon LEBIH / Danamon LEBIH iB Cashback Scheme will only be credited to the Participant’s Danamon LEBIH / Danamon LEBIH iB account that is active at the time of cashback disbursement. If a Program Participant has more than one (1) Danamon LEBIH / Danamon LEBIH iB account, the cashback will be credited to the account with the highest cumulative transaction amount.
  4. Cashback for overseas transactions will be provided in Rupiah (converted beforehand according to the exchange rate applicable at Bank Danamon for the month of the transaction)
  5. The Cashback will be credited a maximum of 30 (thirty) business days after the last day of the program period.
  6. Bank Danamon applies the prevailing tax regulations applicable to this Program. Any tax obligations arising from the Program (if any) shall be the responsibility of Bank Danamon and the Customer in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

      Customer A meets the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account (with an average balance of IDR 6,500,000 (six million five hundred thousand rupiah)) and meets the minimum cumulative requirement for Overseas Transactions and Domestic Transactions of IDR 3,000,000 (Three million rupiah) at Eligible Merchants, using the Danamon Global Currency Card, with the following details:

      June 2026

      In the following month, Customer A is now an existing customer, so the maximum cashback limit differs from that in May 2026. Customer A meets the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account (with an average balance of IDR 5,500,000.00 (five million five hundred thousand rupiah)) and meets the minimum cumulative spending requirement of IDR 3,000,000 at Eligible Merchants, using the Danamon Global Currency Card, with the following details:

      Customer A is an existing customer and meets the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account (with an average balance of IDR 8,000,000.00 (eight million rupiah) but does not meet the minimum requirements for the accumulation of Overseas Transactions and Domestic Transactions at Eligible Merchants, using the Danamon Global Currency Card, with the following details:

      In August 2026, Customer B meets the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account (with an average balance of IDR 8,000,000.00 (eight million rupiah)), and met the minimum requirements for the accumulation of Overseas Transactions and Domestic Transactions using a Danamon Bank Debit/ATM Card bearing the Mastercard logo (BIN No: 557791), with the following details:

      In September 2026, Customer C met the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account (with an average balance of IDR 20,000,000.00 (twenty million rupiah)), and met the minimum requirements for the accumulation of overseas and domestic transactions using the Danamon Global Currency Card, as detailed below:

      October 2026

      In October 2026, Customer D did not meet the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account (with an average balance of IDR 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand rupiah)), however, Customer D met the minimum requirement for the cumulative total of Overseas Transactions and Domestic Transactions using a Danamon Bank Debit/ATM Card, amounting to IDR 3,000,000 (three million rupiah). The customer is not entitled to a cashback as the average balance is less than IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah).

      In August 2026, Customer E met the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account (with an average balance of IDR 10,000,000.00 (ten million rupiah)), and met the minimum requirement for the accumulation of domestic transactions using a Bank Danamon debit/ATM card, with the details as follows:

      Customer F (an existing customer) holds a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB and a Danamon LEBIH savings account. In this case, transactions in the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account will be taken into account first.


      In August 2026, Customer F meets the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account (with an average balance of Rp29,000,000.00 (twenty-nine million rupiah), but did not meet the minimum requirements for the accumulation of Overseas Transactions and Domestic Transactions using the Danamon Bank Debit/ATM Card, with the following details:

      Customer F does not meet the minimum transaction accumulation criteria (less than IDR 3,000,000.00), so Customer F will not receive the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Cashback, and Customer F's Danamon LEBIH savings account will subsequently be assessed in accordance with the Danamon LEBIH Cashback Scheme.

      In August 2026, Customer F met the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH savings account (with an average balance of IDR 10,000,000.00 (ten million rupiah)), and met the minimum requirement for the accumulation of Domestic Transactions using a Danamon Bank Debit/ATM Card, with the following details:

      Customer G (an existing customer) holds a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account and a Danamon LEBIH savings account. In this case, transactions in the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account will be taken into account first.

      In August 2026, Customer G meets the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account (with an average balance of IDR 29,000,000.00 (twenty-nine million rupiah)), and meets the minimum accumulation requirements for Overseas Transactions and Domestic Transactions using a Danamon Bank Debit/ATM Card, with the following details:

      Customer G meets the minimum transaction volume criteria and will therefore receive a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB cashback of IDR 250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand rupiah). However, although there are transactions that meet the criteria under the Danamon LEBIH cashback scheme, transactions involving Danamon LEBIH products are not counted, as customers are only eligible for one cashback scheme per month.

Program Risk

Customers will not be entitled to receive any Rewards if they do not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Program Fee

Participation of Program Participants in this Program is free of charge

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Customers can file complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The transaction verification process is the sole authority of Bank Danamon.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services”, “General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Accounts and Banking Services”, “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Debit/ATM Cards”, “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings”, “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings”, “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH Savings”, and “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH iB Savings”. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have accepted the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Customer does not accept the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program after first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, indications of money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the Customer's participation in the Program, and/or revoke the Cashback for the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority and the interest guarantee provisions under the regulations of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Reminder

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are outside the authority of Bank Danamon.
