Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the Complimentary Golf Green Fee Program ("General Program Terms and Conditions") are the terms and conditions that apply to Program Participants participating in the Complimentary Golf Green Fee Program ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank").

Program Participants hereby agree to and are bound by all provisions of the General Program Terms and Conditions as follows:

Program Period

The program will be implemented during the period from January 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026. (“Program Period”).

Program Participant Criteria

This program is open to Program Participants who meet the following criteria:

  1. Primary and supplementary cardholders of the Danamon World Elite™ Mastercard® Credit Card with BIN number 5166-3400 ("Customers").
  2. Primary and supplementary cardholders of the Danamon Platinum Card® Charge Card with BIN number 3755392 ("Customers").
  3. Card status is active, not blocked, and not in arrears.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Program Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to reject or cancel a Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Program Terms and Conditions.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. By booking a round of golf at a participating golf course, the Program Participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Program Terms and Conditions.
  5. Complimentary golf green fees per month apply to cardholders listed in II. Program Participant criteria include additional cards with a maximum of 6 (six) bookings per month (applicable to accumulated bookings from the primary and additional cards).
  6. If a Customer makes more than 6 (six) bookings per month, the entire green fee will be charged to the Customer's credit card/charge card in the following month.
  7. Green fees are free for primary and/or supplementary cardholders. Guests/companions will be charged the normal green fee rates applicable at each golf course.
  8. Costs such as caddy, cart, and other expenses (including the MDR fee charged by each golf course) are the sole responsibility of the customer and their guests/companions per flight.
  9. Costs such as caddy, cart, and other expenses (including the MDR fee charged by each golf course) will be charged to the Danamon World Elite™ Mastercard® Credit Card and Danamon Platinum Card® Charge Card.
  10. Fees already charged to the customer's card are non-refundable.
  11. Booking Mechanism:
    1. Customers must make reservations through Platinum Concierge Services at 021-3435 8889 or through a Premium Card Relationship Manager.
    2. The bank acts as the initial liaison for forwarding golf course reservations to the partnering vendor management.
    3. The following is a list of partnering golf courses:

    4. Customers will be contacted again if their booking is successful, or if the golf course with their desired time is unavailable, they will be asked to find an alternative playing time.
    5. Booking time and minimum number of players per flight:

      Weekday (Monday - Friday) Orders must be made at least 3 (three) working days in advance. 2 (including primary and/or additional cardholders)
      Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and public holiday Orders must be made at least 5 (five) working days in advance. 3 (including primary and/or additional cardholders)
    6. The Bank may reject a customer's reservation request if the minimum number of players per flight is insufficient, and the Bank cannot provide a deviation for the minimum number of players per flight.
    7. Customers are not permitted to make reservations more than 21 (twenty-one) calendar days in advance.
    8. The Bank cannot expedite golf reservations and will adhere to the reservation times set out in these Terms and Conditions.
    9. Customers are not permitted to make reservations directly with the golf course. If so, the green fee will be fully borne by the customer.
    10. Changes to the playing schedule are not permitted if confirmation has been received.
    11. Customers are not permitted to play without booking confirmation.
  12. The Bank reserves the right to reject a customer's booking request at any time if the customer does not meet the general Terms and Conditions of the program, if the card is blocked, or if there are outstanding bills that have not been paid in full.
  13. The Bank and the golf course are not responsible for any demands or claims filed by customers for bodily injury, damage to golf equipment, loss of personal belongings, or other matters.
  14. Customers are required to comply with the general golf terms and conditions applicable to each golf course.

Program Participant Complaints

  1. Program participants can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures for complaint handling can be accessed through the website

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions for Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions for Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. [The products, services, and/or benefits provided by the Partner are the responsibility of the Partner and are not the products or responsibilities of the Bank. If there are any issues and/or complaints regarding these products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner] - please state if the Program is a collaboration with the Partner and adjust it accordingly.
  3. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to revise/amend/add to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the Bank's available communication channels. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions under the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Program Participants have the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the Bank notifies them through the Bank's communication channels. Program Participants agree that they are deemed to have agreed to the changes if they do not submit an objection within that time period. If a Program Participant does not agree to the changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first fulfilling all of their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  4. Program Participants declare that there are no and will not be any transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited by applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, deception, misuse, transaction irregularities, irregular transactions, money laundering, and/or actions inconsistent with laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel their participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants are still required to pay all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  6. If any irregularities are discovered regarding this Program or if they suspect fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately report this to Hello Danamon.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

Warning

Program participants must be wary of fraud committed by individuals impersonating the Bank and promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal activity committed by third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program is beyond the Bank's jurisdiction.
