Save up to IDR 350,000 + 0% Installment at Dekoruma

1. The Program is valid for Bank Danamon Credit and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, exclude Danamon Corporate Credit and Charge Cards (“Cards”).
   
2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
   
3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
   
4. The Cardholder is solely responsible for any risk of loss, demand, lawsuit, and/or claim arising from their participation in, or cancellation of participation in, this Program.
   
5. The Discount Program applies as follows:
   1. Savings Program
      1. The program consists of direct discounts/reductions with the following terms and conditions:

      2. The program applies to retail product purchase transactions, excluding products in the Design & Build Custom Interior and Property categories.
      3. The program applies to both full payment and installment transactions.
      4. The program is valid for one transaction per card per day during the Program Period.
      5. The program applies to both primary and supplementary cards.
      6. The program can be combined with Dekoruma product discount programs.
      7. The program cannot be combined with other voucher programs at Dekoruma.
      8. The Program is not valid for multiple transactions.
      9. For transactions via the app, the voucher code DEKODANAMON25 must be entered.
      10. Cardholders acknowledge that the discount/price reduction will no longer be available once the quota specified in Clause 5.I.a has been fully redeemed, even if the Promotion Period has not yet concluded
   2. Installment Program
      1. The 0% Installment apply under the following terms and conditions:

      2. The program is valid for the main and additional Card;
      3. Bank Danamon will charge an administration fee of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand rupiah) for each transaction converted into installments by the Cardholder. Merchant partners are not involved in any additional charges.
      4. For canceled installments, the conversion fee will not be refunded to the Cardholder.
      5. Any transaction converted into installments will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points;
      6. The process of submitting a conversion into installment is done directly when transacting online and has never been submitted through other channels (for example: SMS, Email, and so on).
6. By the Cardholder making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions made by such Cardholders are valid evidence of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's consent to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are solely the responsibility of the merchant partner and not of Bank Danamon. For any issues or complaints regarding products, services, or the Program, Cardholders are advised to contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
2. Cardholders affirm that their transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and are not indicative of money laundering or other prohibited activities.
3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
   • Cancel transactions, terminate Card usage, or revoke participation in the Program if there are indications of fraud, unusual transactions, money laundering, or any other actions violating applicable laws.
   • Require Cardholders to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
4. Terms and conditions related to other banking products or services remain valid and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Program’s terms.
5. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Debit Cards/ATM Danamon, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.”
6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program’s terms. Any updates will be communicated through official Bank Danamon channels. Cardholders may object in writing within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving such updates. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.
7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency guarantee.
10. These terms comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering prizes. Any fraud or crime committed by third parties in connection with this Program is beyond Bank Danamon’s responsibility.
