Program Description

The Terms and Conditions of the 15% (fifteen percent) Discount Program at Nandini Jungle by Hanging Gardens (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) outline the applicable guidelines for customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who transact using a Card (“Cardholder”) as part of 15% (fifteen percent) Discount Program at Nandini Jungle by Hanging Gardens (“Program”). This Program is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with its merchant partner, PT Hanging Gardens International (“Nandini Jungle”).

By participating in the Program, Cardholders agree to be bound by the following General Terms and Conditions:

Program Period

The Program is valid from September 1, 2024, to September 1, 2025 (“Program Period”).

Participating Outlet

The program is applicable at Nandini Jungle, located at Banjar Susut, Buahan Village, Payangan, Bali 80571, Indonesia.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The program is valid for the following Cardholders:
    (i) Bank Danamon Mastercard & GPN Debit/ATM Cards, and
    (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, excluding corporate cards ("Cards").
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in the Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from their participation in or cancellation of participation in the Program.
  5. The program is valid under the following conditions:
    1. The program is applicable at Nandini Jungle, located at Banjar Susut, Buahan Village, Payangan, Bali 80571, Indonesia.
    2. The program offers a 15% (fifteen percent) discount on every room booking transaction at the best available rate, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Nandini Jungle.
    3. The program includes a daily mezze breakfast for 2 (two) guests.
    4. Additional benefits include:
      • A fresh fruit basket upon arrival.
      • Daily Balinese afternoon tea at Wild Ginger Restaurant.
      • Daily shuttle bus service to Ubud City.
      • Daily village tours.
      • Free cycling around the village.
      • Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
      • Free daily sunset yoga at Djiwa Shala, subject to availability or the applicable terms and conditions of Nandini Jungle.
    5. For a minimum stay of 3 (three) nights, Cardholders will receive 1 (one) 60-minute spa session for 2 (two) guests.
    6. For a minimum stay of 5 (five) nights, Cardholders will receive 1 (one) 3-course dinner for 2 (two) guests.
  6. The program is valid for both main and supplementary cards.
  7. The program is valid for 1 (one) transaction per day per Card with the same Card number.
  8. The program is valid every day, including national holidays, during the Program Period.
  9. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  10. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by its terms. The transaction serves as valid evidence of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and their agreement to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are solely the responsibility of the merchant partner and not of Bank Danamon. For any issues or complaints regarding products, services, or the Program, Cardholders are advised to contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
  2. Cardholders affirm that their transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and are not indicative of money laundering or other prohibited activities.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
    • Cancel transactions, terminate Card usage, or revoke participation in the Program if there are indications of fraud, unusual transactions, money laundering, or any other actions violating applicable laws.
    • Require Cardholders to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. Terms and conditions related to other banking products or services remain valid and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Program’s terms.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Debit Cards/ATM Danamon, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.”
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program’s terms. Any updates will be communicated through official Bank Danamon channels. Cardholders may object in writing within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving such updates. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.
  7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency guarantee.
  10. These terms comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Notice

Cardholders should be cautious of fraudulent activities by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering rewards in connection with the Program. Any fraudulent or criminal acts by third parties are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
