PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Danamon) has once again recorded an achievement by receiving the HR Asia Awards 2026 in the category of HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia, reaffirming Danamon’s consistency as a recipient of this award for four consecutive years. The award was presented on Friday, June 5, 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton, Pacific Place, Jakarta.
HR Asia, as a leading awards organizer in Asia, conducts its evaluation through an internal employee survey (Preliminary Survey Result) involving Danamon employees and benchmarking against market averages. The assessment covers three main dimensions: CORE (Leadership & Organization, Culture & Ethics, Active Initiatives), SELF (Heart, Mind, Soul), and GROUP (Think, Feel, Do). Through a rigorous selection process, Danamon was recognized for demonstrating best workplace practices and a high level of employee engagement.
