D-Point FAQ
D-Points are reward points obtained by the Customer through banking transactions/activities whose amount is determined by the Bank. The system will calculate and collect points from several banking transaction activities of the Customer determined by the Bank from the Bank's products owned by the Customer under the condition whereas the products owned by the Customer are recorded as 1 (one) CIF. The collected points can be redeemed for various prizes through redemption channel provided by the Bank.
As a Customer who has a personal account with Danamon will automatically get D-Point by transacting in accordance with General Term and Condition as well as applicable Bank Danamon Policy.
A Customer participation starts upon the launched of the Program or when Customer joins Danamon through an opening of Danamon product account.
Participation in the program will automatically come to an end shall the Customer no longer has an account with the Bank and/or the Customer is declared not entitled to collect or redeem D-Points by the Bank due to fraud in collecting D-Points or violating either other banking provisions or applicable laws in Indonesia. In this case the Bank is fully entitled to cancel the Customer’s D-Point ownership.
Yes. The validity period of D-Point is 3 (three) years since the D-Point is generated/converted/migrated.
D-Point will be forfeited automatically and cannot be redeemed for any D-Point gifts.
All accumulated D-Point will be immediately forfeited when the Customer closes all account and/ or Danamon Credit Card even though the accumulated D-Point has not yet reached its 3 (three) years validity period. Therefore, Customer are advised to redeem all D-Point prior to account closure. This is also applicable for account that is closed by Danamon (involuntary close such as dormant, zero balance etc.)
- Individual Customers of the Danamon Consumer & SME Banking.
- The Customers have at least 1 active/open account in his/her Customer Identification File (CIF).
- The Customers are not included in the List of Customers having fraud or outstanding liabilities/committing other violations.
D-Point Information Report is displayed in a monthly statement sent to the Customer every month. The D-Point Information Report is the D-Point calculation at the end of the previous month. To find out about real time and accurate D-Point Information visit dpoint.id.

* D-point will be given only when there is special Program held by the Bank
"D-Point" points will be calculated based on the basic matrix for calculating points. Points will be calculated & collected in the system from the Customer accounts that is under one CIF (Customer Number).
D-Point that is earned from Danamon Credit Card transaction will be credited to Customer Danamon Credit Card based D-Point. Whereas, D-Point earned rom Danamon Debit/ ATM Card, Mortgage Loan, Danamon E-Channel (ATM/CDM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and SMS Banking), Bancassurance (Insurance), Mutual Fund, Danamon SME Solution Loan (Commercial Investment Loans, Business Investment Loans, Capital Investment Loans) will be credited to Customer Danamon Debit/ ATM Card based D-Point account.

Yes it also counts. D-Point is calculated based on the nominal spent in rupiah after it was converted from the original currency. Foreign currency exchange rates are based on the exchange rates prevailing at Danamon.
D-Point is calculated based on the purchase of the premium the insurance policy of which has been issued.
As long as the policy has been issued and the funds have been received, the D-Point will still be given.
D-Point is calculated based on the total premium paid, without calculating the portion of the investment and insurance.
The Customer will be considered 2 different Customers. And the D-Point of each CIF cannot be combined.
The Customer is not eligible to join this program. And the D-Points collected will be forfeited automatically.
On a joint account, either AND or OR, the D-Points will be calculated & collected for the first CIF.
Various selection of products/ services (“Prizes”) can be redeemed with D-Point through the redemption channel. Web based redemption channel that can be accessed by Customer for various available Prizes is through dpoint.id.
- Contact Hello Danamon Customer Care 1 500 090;
- Verify the Customer data in accordance with the appli-cable provisions for the transaction level;
- The Hello Danamon Customer Care Team opens a point redemption page and will redeem the points for the Customers;
- Select the Redeem D-point menu;
- Input Customer credentials data:
- Account Number (comprising of 12 digits, if the account number is less than 12 digits, then it shall be added with number '0' in front of such account number so that the total account number reaches 12 digits)/Debit Card Number/Credit Card Number;
- Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY); and
- Mobile phone number.
- Account Number (comprising of 12 digits, if the account number is less than 12 digits, then it shall be added with number '0' in front of such account number so that the total account number reaches 12 digits)/Debit Card Number/Credit Card Number;
- Select items/gifts in the redemption web according to the number of points owned by the Customer.
- Reconfirm the transaction by informing the Customer of the gifts/items and total points redeemed. If the Customer agrees, the process is continued;
- The Customer will receive a point redemption transac-tion notification via the email address registered with the bank system.
- Visit dpoint.id website
- Enter Customer credential data:
- Account Number (Consist of 12 digit, shall account number is less than 12 digit then input leading ‘0’ to form 12-digit account number)/ Debit Card Number/ Credit Card Number;
- Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYY); and
- Mobile phone number.
- Enter OTP code (One Time Password) received on mobile phone that is registered in Danamon system.
- Select available gift at the redemption channel according to Customer total available point.
- Confirmed on the point redemption transaction.
- Customer will received redemption transaction notification at the e-mail address that is registered in Danamon system.
D-Point can be redeemed with various choices of product/ services (“Prizes”) that are available at Redemption channel.
D-Point that has been redeemed/ converted by Customer is not cancellable / refundable.
You can contact Hello Danamon Customer Care to submit a complaint and Danamon will help in following up such complaint to the vendor.
Delivery depends on the type of goods, origin of goods and destination address, considering the origin of goods may come from outside Indonesia. Overall delivery time is about 14-30 working days.
Complaints related to point redemption must be filed to Hello Danamon (1-500-090) with timeline of maximum 2 (two) weeks after the point redemption.
