Services provided to Danamon Bank individual customers to enable them to make online payments using their Danamon account as the source of funds for transactions on third-party applications/websites that have partnered with Danamon
Danamon Direct Debit Ease of Transaction:
- Simply register once for Danamon Direct Debit services through a third-party application/website by entering your National Identification Number (NIK), Danamon account number, and mobile phone number registered with Danamon.
- Convenient online payment transactions on third-party applications/websites that collaborate with Danamon.
- Secure transactions using a PIN or SMS OTP code as transaction verification.
- Customers can enjoy discounts and promotions provided by Danamon and third parties.
Tutorial on Activating Your Account for Danamon Direct Debit Services
- Log in to the Partner Application/Website with the Customer's account and password.
- Select the Danamon Online Payment Direct Debit service.
- Select the Registration menu, enter the customer's account number, NIK and mobile phone number as recorded in the Danamon system.
- Danamon will send an OTP SMS to the customer's mobile phone number as recorded in the Danamon system.
- The customer enters the OTP code, and if the OTP code is valid, the customer will receive a notification that the registration was successful.
Danamon Direct Debit Transaction Tutorial (E-Commerce)
- Login ke Aplikasi/Website Partner dengan akun dan password Nasabah.
- Pilih barang/jasa yang akan dibeli.
- Pilih menu pembayaran dan pilih cara pembayaran Direct Debit Pembayaran Online Danamon.
- Danamon akan mengirim SMS OTP ke nomor ponsel Nasabah yang tercatat di sistem Danamon.
- Nasabah memasukan kode OTP. Jika kode OTP valid dan saldo rekening mencukupi, maka terjadi proses pembayaran dengan cara mendebit rekening Danamon Nasabah.
- Untuk fitur yang sudah menggunakan PIN sebagai pengganti SMS OTP, maka Nasabah akan memasukkan PIN sebagai verifikasi untuk dapat melanjutkan transaksi.
Tutorial Transaksi Direct Debit Danamon (P2P)
- Log in to the Partner Application/Website with your account and password
- Select the loan portfolio to be funded and enter the amount of funds to be financed/invested.
- Select the payment menu and choose the Danamon Direct Debit payment method.
- Danamon will send an OTP SMS to the customer's mobile number registered in the Danamon system.
- The customer enters the OTP code. If the OTP code is valid and the account balance is sufficient, the system will hold the funds in the customer's account in the amount of the funded/invested funds.
- If within a certain period of time the funding/investment commitment is ‘fully funded’, the customer will receive a ‘Fully Funded’ notification.
Important Notes
- To register for Danamon Direct Debit, use the mobile phone number that is registered in the Danamon system.
- Do not disclose your Third Party Account User ID and Password (e.g. Online Shopping Account) to anyone else.
- Always use your personal mobile phone and avoid using public Wi-Fi
- Be vigilant and do not open emails from unknown senders or click on unknown website links.
