Services provided to Danamon Bank individual customers to enable them to make online payments using their Danamon account as the source of funds for transactions on third-party applications/websites that have partnered with Danamon

Danamon Direct Debit Ease of Transaction:

  1. Simply register once for Danamon Direct Debit services through a third-party application/website by entering your National Identification Number (NIK), Danamon account number, and mobile phone number registered with Danamon.
  2. Convenient online payment transactions on third-party applications/websites that collaborate with Danamon.
  3. Secure transactions using a PIN or SMS OTP code as transaction verification.
  4. Customers can enjoy discounts and promotions provided by Danamon and third parties.

Tutorial on Activating Your Account for Danamon Direct Debit Services

  1. Log in to the Partner Application/Website with the Customer's account and password.
  2. Select the Danamon Online Payment Direct Debit service.
  3. Select the Registration menu, enter the customer's account number, NIK and mobile phone number as recorded in the Danamon system.
  4. Danamon will send an OTP SMS to the customer's mobile phone number as recorded in the Danamon system.
  5. The customer enters the OTP code, and if the OTP code is valid, the customer will receive a notification that the registration was successful.

Danamon Direct Debit Transaction Tutorial (E-Commerce)

  1. Log in to the Partner Application/Website using the customer’s account and password.
  2. Select the product or service you wish to purchase.
  3. Go to the payment menu and choose Danamon Online Payment – Direct Debit as the payment method.
  4. Danamon will send an OTP via SMS to the mobile phone number registered in the bank’s system.
  5. Enter the OTP code. If the OTP is valid and the account balance is sufficient, the payment will be processed by debiting the customer’s Danamon account.
  6. For features that use a PIN instead of an SMS OTP, the customer will enter the PIN as verification to proceed with the transaction.

Danamon Direct Debit Transaction Tutorial (P2P)

  1. Log in to the Partner Application/Website with your account and password
  2. Select the loan portfolio to be funded and enter the amount of funds to be financed/invested.
  3. Select the payment menu and choose the Danamon Direct Debit payment method.
  4. Danamon will send an OTP SMS to the customer's mobile number registered in the Danamon system.
  5. The customer enters the OTP code. If the OTP code is valid and the account balance is sufficient, the system will hold the funds in the customer's account in the amount of the funded/invested funds.
  6. If within a certain period of time the funding/investment commitment is ‘fully funded’, the customer will receive a ‘Fully Funded’ notification.

Important Notes

  1. To register for Danamon Direct Debit, use the mobile phone number that is registered in the Danamon system.
  2. Do not disclose your Third Party Account User ID and Password (e.g. Online Shopping Account) to anyone else.
  3. Always use your personal mobile phone and avoid using public Wi-Fi
  4. Be vigilant and do not open emails from unknown senders or click on unknown website links.
