1. Last Stage Critical Illness Benefit

   100% of the Sum Insured plus 100% of the Total Premium paid (excluding Additional Premiums if any) if the Insured is diagnosed with one of 4 Final Stage Critical Illnesses (Cancer, Heart Attack, Stroke and Kidney Failure).

    

2. Additional Protection Benefit (Safety Net Benefit)

   Benefits will be paid with 25% of the Sum Assured or a maximum of IDR 250,000,000 per Insured and will not reduce the Sum Assured, if the Insured:

   a.   Must undergo Angioplasty; or

   b.   Treated in the Incentive Care Unit (ICU) for a minimum of 120 hours / 5 days.

    

3. Death Benefit

   100% of the total premium paid (excluding additional premiums if any) if the Insured dies.

    

4. Maturity Benefit

   100% of the total premium paid (excluding additional premiums if any) will be returned if the Insured is still alive until the end of the insurance period.
