Hospital Cash Plan 5 Diseases Micro is a micro health insurance product of PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk (Insurer) that provides daily hospitalization alowance due to being diagnosed with one or more of the following 5 diseases:

  • Dengue Fever and/or Hemorrhagic Dengue Fever
    There is a decrease in platelet count to less than 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) or a positive NS1 test result.
  • Typhoid Disease/Typhoid Fever
    Widal minimum of 1/320, Salmonella typhi in feces, or Anti-Salmonella typhi IgM 6-10.
  • Pneumonia
    X-rays of pneumonia or X-rays indicating the presence of pneumonia.
  • Meningococcal meningitis
    Lumbar puncture reveals an increase of more than ten lymphocytes or granulocytes, as well as an increase in cerebrospinal fluid protein levels.
  • Diphtheria
    Corynebacterium Diphtheriae was found in a throat swab.

Benefit & Premium

Hospitalization Daily Benefit
Zurich will provide daily hospitalization benefits of Rp500.000/day up to a maximum limit of 10 calendar days or a maximum of Rp5.000.000 (five million rupiahs) if you medically require Inpatient services, provided that Inpatient services are advised in writing by Doctor.

Waiting Period

1stclaim : 30 calendar days from the start date of the insurance period

2ndclaim : 14 calendar days from the date of the first claim.

During the waiting period the guarantee in the policy is not yet valid.

Double Cover Policy

If you are covered by other insurance, then you are still entitled to insurance benefits in accordance with the provisions of the policy.

Coverage Accumulation Limit

If you are guaranteed more than 1 (one) active policy issued by Zurich for Insurance Products Hospital Cash Plan 5 Diseases (HCP 5D) at the time of submitting a claim, the Daily Accumulated Compensation Value Limit for Hospitalization that you will receive for the entire Policy is Rp2,000,000/ maximum day Rp20,000,000.
