Danamon’s Treasury Economist Team received the 2023 Analyst Forecast Awards for Indonesia from FocusEconomics. The award recognizes the most accurate economic forecasters in 2022 across the following categories: Overall Best Forecasters, Gross Domestic Product, Fiscal Balance, Inflation, Interest Rate, Exchange Rate and Current Account. Previously, our team had also received the 2021 Analyst Forecast Awards for Indonesia from FocusEconomics and the 2018 Forecast Accuracy Award (FAA) for Indonesia from Consensus Economics. The FAA program recognizes the achievements of a select group of expert country economic forecasters who have most accurately predicted the final outturns of Gross Domestic Product growth and Consumer Price Inflation in respective countries over the 24 month forecasting cycle.
