1. EASY DONATION OF CASH WAQF
   Donors can conveniently make cash waqf donations at all Bank Danamon branches, Bank Danamon digital channels and bank digital partnerships which are accessible through socialbanking.id.
   
2. FREE TO DETERMINE WAQF VALUE
   Now, wealth or landownership is not a requirement for waqf. Everyone can donate starting from Rp. 10,000.00 (ten thousand rupiah). Donors who deposit cash waqf less than IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah) will receive proof of waqf slip while deposits with value of over IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah) earn a Cash Waqf Certificate (SWU).  
   
3. TRUSTED NAZHIR PARTNER
   Danamon Sharia cooperates with a trusted Nazhir, registered with BWI (Indonesian Waqf Board).
   
4. DIFFERENT WAQF PROGRAM OPTIONS
   Donors can determine the waqf funds to be donated for a chosen program or project.
   
5. TRANSPARENCY IN THE USE OF WAQF FUND
   Donors can check and monitor the status, use and progress of waqf funds through web-based waqf sites and applications operated by Bank Danamon’s digital partners.  Download the social banking application or visit socialbanking.id.

The required terms and conditions of waqf refer to the following:

1. Waqif (donors) may be composed of individuals, organizations or legal entities:
   • Individual Waqif
     - Mature / adult
     - Sound mind 
     - Capable of performing legal actions and/or proceedings
     - Legal owner of the property
     
   • Organizational Waqif
     Assets can be considered waqf if these fulfill the organization's provisions, such as legal ownership of property and in accordance with financial capacity.
     
   • Wakif Badan Hukum
     Assets or properties can be considered waqf if these fulfill the regulations of the legal entity to endow legally-owned waqf property/ies in accordance with its articles of association.
     
2. Legal Entity Waqif
   • Religious facilities and activities;
     
   • Education and health-related facilities and activities;
     
   • Assistance to the needy, abandoned and orphaned children, and educational scholarships;
     
   • Economic progress and improvement of society; and/or
     
   • Other general welfare activities that comply with Sharia, and applicable laws and regulations.

The Danamon Sharia Cash Waqf Acceptance Service offers various Waqf options

1. Cash Waqf
   Money received for waqf is managed efficiently and distributed to waqf beneficiaries.
   
2. Waqf Using Cash
   Money received for waqf can be used to purchase property, whether immovable or movable, as intended by the waqf to be managed productively for social needs.

Currently, Danamon Sharia collaborates with waqf management institutions (Nazhir) notably Waqf Al Azhar, Indonesian Waqf Board or Badan Waqf Indonesia (BWI) and Dompet Dhuafa which has been registered and recommended by BWI.
