Program Description

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are the terms and conditions of the reward program for the 2025 Transaction Banking Reward Program (“Program") organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") for participants who are Bank Danamon customers ("Program Participants").

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are as follows:

Program Period

The program is implemented during the period from 1 June 2025 to 31 December 2025 ("Program Period").

Program Participant Criteria

  1. This program applies to all Bank Danamon customers in the Enterprise Banking (‘EB’) and Small Medium Enterprise (‘SME’) business segments who have at least one Bank Danamon current account, excluding the following types of current accounts:

  2. Program participants may contact Bank Danamon marketing staff to find out the business segment category of the Program participant. The determination of the business segment category of Program Participants refers to the internal provisions applicable at Bank Danamon from time to time.

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program participants must read, accept, and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Program participants may join one or all of the program schemes offered by Bank Danamon in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Details of the Program scheme are as follows:

    1. Danamon Cash Connect Activation (“DCC Activation Scheme”)

      A gift voucher worth IDR 2,000,000 (two million rupiah) will be given to the first 100 (one hundred) Program Participants who activate the Danamon Cash Connect (DCC) service in accordance with the following conditions:

      1. Program participants must activate the DCC service, as indicated by the completion of the login or transaction guide (“Implementation”) by Bank Danamon implementation staff during the Program Period.
      2. Starting from the Implementation, Program Participants must make a minimum of 6 (six) debit transactions per month through DCC for at least 2 (two) consecutive months.
      3. If the Implementation is carried out before the 15th (fifteenth) of the relevant month, the first month's transactions will be counted from the month in which the Implementation was carried out.
      4. If Implementation is carried out after the 15th (fifteenth) of the relevant month, the first month's transactions are counted from the month following Implementation.
    2. Collection of Points for Using Danamon Bank Services (“Service Point Scheme”)

      Program participants have the opportunity to earn points when making transactions and/or using selected Bank Danamon products, with the following details:

      Increase in the average balance of all Participant Current Accounts by IDR 1,000,000,000 (one billion rupiah) for EB and IDR 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah) for SMEs (calculated per month)

      Register/already registered for Danamon's Virtual Account service and obtain a minimum of 30 (thirty) Virtual Account transactions per month.

    4. Increase in average current account balance
      • Program participants will receive 1,000 (one thousand) points (multiple points apply) by increasing the average balance of all Program participants' current accounts by every IDR 1,000,000,000 (one billion rupiah) for EB customers and every IDR 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah) for SME customers.
      • Program participants who are entitled to receive points are all customers who hold current accounts at Bank Danamon with a maximum interest rate in accordance with the interest rate guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation when the Program begins, namely 4.00% for Rupiah current accounts and 2.25% for current accounts other than Rupiah.
      • The average increase in current account balance will be calculated by referring to the average balance of the current account 1 (one) month before the Programme period begins as the baseline figure.
      • If there are indications of a transfer of funds from a savings account in the name of a Programme Participant to a current account, the average increase in balance caused by the transfer of funds from the savings account will not be counted.
      • Current account balances used as collateral or debt guarantees to Bank Danamon will not be counted towards earning points.
      • Current accounts must conduct a minimum of 6 (six) outgoing transactions and receive 6 (six) incoming transactions per month.
    5. Virtual Account Service:
      • Program participants will receive 1,000 (one thousand) points by registering or already being registered for the Danamon Virtual Account service and receiving at least 30 (thirty) Danamon Virtual Account incoming transactions each month.
      • If a Program Participant has more than one bank identification number and each bank identification number has more than 30 (thirty) incoming Virtual Account transactions, the points earned will not be counted multiple times.
    6. Transaction via DCC
      • Program participants will receive 500 (five hundred) points when they make outgoing remittance/BI Fast/SKN/RTGS transactions and/or make payments or use the top-up service through DCC at least 6 (six) times (any type of transaction) each month.
      • Program participants will receive an additional 1,000 (one thousand) points if they conduct outgoing remittance transactions via DCC at least 3 (three) times each month.
    7. Bill Payment Transaction via DCC
      • Program participants will receive 500 (five hundred) points for making Bill Payments such as BPJSTK, PLN, Telkom, and/or tax payments through DCC every month (not applicable for multiple payments in a month).
    8. Payroll Service via DCC
      • Program participants will receive 500 (five hundred) points when they open a payroll service and make a payroll/wage payment transaction through DCC.
      • Program participants will only receive points once for the payroll service scheme via DCC during the Program period.
  4. The details of the rewards that can be won by Program Participants are as follows:

Terms and Conditions of the Reward

Prize Delivery for Program Participants Winners will be subject to the following conditions:

  1. Prize Delivery under the DCC Activation Scheme

    After Program Participants are identified as meeting the terms and conditions of the DCC Activation Scheme, Bank Danamon will contact Program Participants and winning Program Participants are required to provide written information regarding the data required for receiving prizes within 14 (fourteen) working days after receiving the information request from Bank Danamon. The delivery or sending of gift vouchers is carried out in accordance with the following provisions:

    • The prize tax is borne by Bank Danamon.
    • Program Participants may choose between a PLUXEE or MAP gift voucher.
    • The delivery or shipment of gift vouchers will be carried out no later than 60 (sixty) working days after the winning Program Participants provide written information on the details required by Bank Danamon regarding the delivery of gift vouchers as prizes.
    • Gift vouchers are not Bank Danamon products. All questions and requests for information regarding the prize can be directed at the relevant gift voucher manufacturer. Program Participants release Bank Danamon from any liability in relation to handling complaints regarding gift vouchers sent to Program Participants.
  2. Prize Redemption for the Service Points Scheme

    Program participants who win the Service Points Scheme are entitled to choose a prize in the form of a cash reward (direct credit to their account) or a gift voucher. After the Program Period ends, Bank Danamon will contact Program Participants and winning Participants are required to provide written information regarding their prize selection (cash reward or gift voucher) and complete the data required for prize receipt within 14 (fourteen) working days after receiving the information request from Bank Danamon. Selected prizes cannot be transferred or changed to any form other than the available options.

    1. The terms and conditions for the delivery of prizes (cash rewards) are as follows:
      • Cash rewards will be given to Program Participants who achieve the required ranking in accordance with the applicable Program terms and conditions and who choose cash rewards as their prize.
      • The prize tax is borne by Bank Danamon.
      • The cash reward prize will be credited to the Program Participant's checking account after the program period ends with a fulfillment period of no later than 60 (sixty) working days after the Program Participant who wins the prize provides written confirmation of the account designated to receive the prize credit from Bank Danamon.
      • In the event that the Program Participant who wins the prize refuses the prize and/or does not provide written confirmation of the designated account to receive the prize credit within the specified confirmation period, Bank Danamon reserves the right to declare the prize void and Bank Danamon reserves the right to transfer the prize to another Program Participant who meets the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
      • Bank Danamon is not responsible for any failure to credit the cash reward due to an incorrect account number provided by the Program Participant.
      • Prizes in the form of gift vouchers will be given to Program Participants who achieve the required ranking in accordance with the applicable Program terms and conditions and who choose gift vouchers as their prize.
      • Prize taxes will be borne by Bank Danamon.
      • Program Participants can choose between PLUXEE or MAP gift vouchers.
      • Gift vouchers will be given to Program Participants after the Program period ends, with a fulfillment period of no later than 60 (sixty) working days after the Program Participant who wins the prize provides written information on the details required by Bank Danamon regarding the delivery of the gift voucher prize.
      • In the event that the Program Participant who wins the prize refuses the prize and/or does not provide written confirmation of the information required by Bank Danamon regarding the delivery of the prize within the specified confirmation period, Bank Danamon has the right to declare the prize void and Bank Danamon has the right to transfer the prize to another Program Participant who meets the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
      • Gift vouchers are not Bank Danamon products. All questions and requests for information regarding prizes should be directed to the relevant gift voucher manufacturer. Program Participants release Bank Danamon from any liability in relation to handling complaints regarding gift vouchers sent to Program Participants.

    Program Risk

    Program participants did not receive rewards because they did not meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

    Program Fee

    There are no fees charged to Program Participants for participating in this Program.

    Other Term and Conditions

    1. General Terms and Conditions This program is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the terms and conditions of other products and/or services used by Program Participants. These terms and conditions remain in effect unless otherwise specified in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
    2. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Program Participants have the right to submit their objections in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media.
    3. The titles and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of this Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
    4. The Customer declares that the Customer is not involved in transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
    5.  In the event of a report of suspected fraud, cheating and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Programme, and/or cancel the award to the Customer concerned.
    6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK)
    7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

    Warning

    Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of the Bank by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of the Bank.
