Bike n Bike: Up to 12 Months 0% Installment

The Program is valid from 15 September 2023 until 30 September 2025 (Program Period).

Program berlaku untuk transaksi pembelian semua produk di outlet Bike n Bike: Jalan Fajar Baru Utara No. 61, Cengkareng, Kalideres, Jakarta Barat dan toko online di www.bikenbike.co.id.

1. All Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
2. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill its General Terms and Conditions.
3. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, suits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
4. The Program applies to Bank Danamon Credit and Charge Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB or American Express logo, but excludes corporate type of Credit and Charge Cards (Cards).
5. The installment program has the following conditions:
   • The 0% (zero percent) installment program is valid for tenors of 6 (six) and 12 (twelve) months based on the following minimum transactions:

   • The Program applies to transactions involving purchase of all Bike n Bike products at Jl. Fajar Baru Utara No. 61, Cengkareng, Kalideres, West Jakarta and online store at www.bikenbike.co.id
   • The Program applies to either principal or supplementary cards.
   • An administration fee amounting to IDR 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Rupiah) shall be charged for every transaction that is converted into installments.
   • Any transaction converted into installments is not entitled to earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
   • The process of submitting an installment conversion should be done directly upon performing transaction at the outlet. Ensure that no other conversion has been submitted via other channels (e.g. SMS, e-mail).
6. This Program cannot be combined with other programs or promotions.
7. Once the Cardholder performs transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, he/she is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions. The transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.

1. The merchant’s products, services and/or discounts in this Program are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or savings, please contact the corresponding merchant partner directly.
2. The Cardholder declares that current and future transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other similar activities that are prohibited under Indonesia’s laws and regulations.
3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or disallow installments to the Cardholder.
4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and shall become an inseparable part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
5. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Credit Card Membership" and "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership". These terms and conditions remain valid as long as those are not regulated otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its available communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will consider his/her agreement to the changes if he/she fails to submit an objection within that time period. If the Cardholder disagrees with those changes, he/she has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first completing all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
7. Cardholders and/or cardholder representatives can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
10. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

Cardholders must take necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other criminal and deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
