Additional Information on and/or Amendment to the Abridged Merger Plan

Jakarta, 22 March 2019 – PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and   PT Bank Nusantara Parahyangan Tbk (“Bank BNP”), a member of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. (“MUFG”) have publicly announced the Additional Information on and/or Amendment to the Abridged Merger Plan today.
