Danamon Debit/ATM Card Facility
Specifically for Customer who have a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account before the Danamon LEBIH PRO Debit Card was introduced to Customers, the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account can be connected as a Main Account with a maximum of 4 Debit/ATM Cards consisting of:
- 1 Mastercard Debit/ATM Card (Non-Danamon LEBIH PRO Debit Card).
- 1 GPN Debit/ATM Card.
- 1 Danamon LEBIH PRO Debit/ATM Card.
- 1 Danamon Virtual Debit Card.
Danamon ATM/Debit Card can only be given to individual Customer. Customer can have a Physical Debit Card and Virtual Debit Card connected to Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings.
Danamon Virtual Debit Card is a debit card in virtual (non-physical) form issued by the Bank at the request of the Customer via the D-Bank PRO application. Debit card data information (card number, CVV, and card expiration date) can be seen in the D-Bank PRO application.
Danamon Virtual Debit Card can be used to condut online or e-commerce debit transactions and is a separate PROduct from the Physical Debit Card.
Physical Debit Card/ATM Danamon can be used for transactions at:
- Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) of Bank Danamon, ATM Bersama, ALTO, Prima, and any other ATMs bearing the Maestro or Cirrus.
- Bank Danamon Cash Deposit Machine (CDM).
- Merchants that utilize Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines bearing the Maestro, Mastercard and Mastercard Electronic logo.
Especially for Danamon LEBIH PRO iB owners, Customer can have a Danamon LEBIH PRO Debit Card which allows spending transactions abroad without being subject to exchange rate conversion and directly debiting foreign currency accounts for currency exist in Danamon LEBIH PRO iB.
Things that need to be considered when Customer make transactions with Danamon Debit/ATM Cards:
- Customers must change the PIN given by Bank Danamon before using the card for its first transaction
- The Debit/ATM Card and PIN can only be used by the customer alone and cannot be borrowed to anybody else.
- Change your PIN periodically, avoid PIN codes that are easy to guess like birth and wedding dates
- Make sure that there is sufficient fund/ balance to perform transactions such as cash withdrawal, over-booking, transfer, bill payment, purchase etc;
- Entering the wrong PIN for 3 times in a row in the same day will cause the card to be blocked;
- Do not inform PIN to other party sue to its private and confidential nature;
- Do not write your PIN on the Debit/ATM Card.
- Ask the mechant before performing any debit transaction on whether any additional fees will be charged;
- Ensure that PIN being input is not seen by other party while using the Debit/ATM Card at Merchant;
- Ensure that Debit/ATM Card is swiped only one time at merchant’s EDC. Please check the nominal stated upon your confirmation.
- Keep your transaction slip from any merchant until the transaction is settled.
- If the Debit/ATM Card is lost/stuck, immediately contact Hello Danamon 1-500-090 to block your card.
