Product Information
Pembiayaan Pemilikan Rumah is a financing facility provided by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk – Sharia Business Unit, secured by property collateral, with an installment period of a minimum of 1 (one) year and a maximum of 30 (thirty) years for purchases from selected partnered developers, based on Sharia principles.
There are 5 financing products, namely:

Pembiayaan Pemilikan Rumah iB (PPR) / Home Financing)
Financing for the ownership of a house, shop-house, office-house, or apartment—whether new (primary) or pre-owned (secondary)—with the property condition being either ready stock or under construction, with a tenor of up to 30 (thirty) years.

Pembiayaan Kavling Siap Bangun (PKSB) / Ready-to-Build Plot Financing
Financing provided for the purchase of a land plot on which a residential house will be built. PKSB is only offered for locations developed by Top Tier and Mid Tier developers. The maximum financing amount is IDR 15 billion with an installment period of 1 to 7 years.

Pembiayaan Perbaikan dan Pembangunan Rumah (PPPR) / Home Improvement and Construction Financing
Financing provided for the purpose of building or renovating a residential house, shop-house, office-house, or apartment. The maximum financing amount is IDR 15 billion with an installment period of 1 to 10 years.

Pembiayaan Multi Guna (PMG) / Multipurpose Financing
Multipurpose Financing is a facility that provides cash funds using an asset already owned by the customer as collateral. Obtain financing of up to IDR 8 billion with an installment period of up to 10 years.

Balance Transfer / Take Over
A product that transfers PPR iB / PPA / PMG facilities from another bank—whether conventional or Sharia—to Danamon Syariah.
