Auto debit   Customers who use the auto-debit service will receive an administrative fee waiver for monthly bill payments for PLN, Telkom, and/or PAM processed through the Bank’s auto-debit facility, subject to an account debit authorization signed by the customer.

Requirements and Procedures

Applications for opening a Giro Syariah iB Wadiah account may be submitted by customers through the Bank’s branch offices or digitally, subject to the terms and requirements set by the Bank.

  1. Account opening via branch: Customers are required to complete and sign the Customer Data and Account Opening Form.
  2. Account opening via digital channels: Customers are required to complete and fulfil the requirements in accordance with the steps provided during the digital account opening process.
  3. Customers are required to submit the required documents, including but not limited to:
    • A copy of a valid identification document (ID Card/Driver’s License/Passport).
    • A copy of the Tax Identification Number (NPWP).
    • Other documents as required by the Bank.
  4. Customers may submit inquiries and/or complaints regarding banking products and/or services verbally and/or in writing through: Bank Danamon branch offices; Hello Danamon Call Center: 1-500-090, or email: hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
