Mastercard Golf Program for the Danamon World Elite™ Mastercard® Credit Card

The Program runs from 1 September 2026 to 15 January 2027 (“Program Period”).

Customers hereinafter referred to as “Participants” are eligible to participate in the Program if they meet the following criteria:

1. The Program is available to Danamon Customers who hold a Danamon World Elite™ Mastercard® Credit Card (“Card”). It is available to primary Cardholders only.
2. The Card must be active, must not have any outstanding arrears and must not be blocked.

1. Before participating in the Program, Participants must read and understand the Program’s features, benefits, risks, fees and other provisions, and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Credit Cards.
2. Participants are fully responsible for any risk of loss, demand, legal action and/or claim arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of participation in the Program.
3. All golf course bookings must be made through the following booking website: https://MastercardSEAgolf.apexlynx.net.
4. 5. Danamon World Elite™ Mastercard® Credit Cardholders may enjoy up to 4 (four) complimentary green fees or golf lessons per calendar year.
6. The Offer is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher or privilege unless otherwise stated.
7. The Offer is valid only if payment for the relevant product or service is made using a Card that meets these General Program Terms and Conditions.
8. The listed prices may be subject to applicable service charges and government taxes (if any).
9. Expired or unused Offers are non-refundable, cannot be extended and may be forfeited under certain circumstances in accordance with the participating Merchant’s terms, unless otherwise stated.
10. By completing a transaction in accordance with these General Program Terms and Conditions, a Participant is deemed to have read and understood them, agreed to participate in the Program, and agreed to be bound by them. The transaction completed by the Participant constitutes valid evidence of the Participant’s participation in the Program and agreement to be bound by these General Program Terms and Conditions.

Participants may submit complaints about banking products and/or services verbally or in writing through the nearest Danamon branch, Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24 hours a day; through their Relationship Manager; directly through the booking website at https://MastercardSEAgolf.apexlynx.net; or by email to Apexlynx LeisureSport Private Limited at Mastercardseagolf@apexlynx.net.

Participants must beware of fraudsters claiming to represent Danamon and promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal act committed by another or third party in connection with, or in the name of, the Program is outside Danamon’s authority.

1. Merchants participating in the Program are fully responsible for all products, services, consultations, advice and fulfilment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. The participating Merchant’s terms and conditions remain applicable (for example, additional charges during holiday periods or public holidays). Please confirm the details directly with the relevant Merchant.
3. Other terms and conditions relating to the Card and Danamon’s products and/or services remain valid and binding on Participants, and form an integral part of these General Program Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise stipulated herein.
4. These General Program Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of World Elite Mastercard Credit Card Membership and the General Terms and Conditions of D-Point. Those terms and conditions remain applicable unless otherwise stipulated in these General Program Terms and Conditions.
5. Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Danamon may revise, amend or supplement these General Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any revision, addition or update will be notified through Danamon’s available communication channels. If there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms or conditions under these General Program Terms and Conditions, Participants may submit a written objection to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Danamon gives notice through its communication channels. Participants agree that they will be deemed to have accepted the changes if they do not submit an objection within that period. If a Participant does not accept the changes, the Participant may cancel their participation in the Program after first settling all obligations to Danamon (if any).
6. Participants declare that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of involving money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
7. If there are indications of fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or acts contrary to applicable laws and regulations, Danamon may cancel the relevant transaction and/or the Participant’s participation in the Program. The Participant remains obliged to settle all obligations to Danamon.
8. These General Program Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
