The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 4 May 2026 until 30 May 2027 (“Period of Program”).

The program is valid at The Meru Sanur, located at Komplek Sedana Golf Desa Sukaluyu, Kecamatan Telukjambe timur, Kabupaten Karawang.

The program applies to Danamon customers who own and transact using the following card types: (i) Danamon Debit/ATM Card bearing the Mastercard & GPN logo, and (ii) Danamon Credit Cards with the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, & American Express logos, as well as the Danamon American Express Charge Card, excluding corporate-type Credit Cards and Charge Cards (the “Card”),
(hereinafter referred to as the “Cardholder”)

1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
3. Cardholders are fully responsible for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
4. The program is valid at Komplek Sedana Golf Desa Sukaluyu, Kecamatan Telukjambe timur, Kabupaten Karawang.
5. The Program is valid with the following details:
   1. Room Reservations Program
      1. The Room Reservations Program offers a 15% (fifteen percent) discount on room reservations with breakfast based on the Best Available Rate listed on the Delonix Hotel website;
      2. The Room Reservations Program is subject to room availability; and
      3. The program is valid for room reservations/bookings made directly at Delonix Hotel (walk-in).
   2. F&B Program
      1. The F&B program offers a 15% (fifteen percent) discount on drink purchases with a minimum spend of Rp100,000.00 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) at Delonix Cafe, located at Delonix Hotel;
      2. The F&B program is only valid for dine-in;
      3. The F&B program is valid for full payment transactions;
      4. The F&B program is not valid for group bookings; and
      5. The F&B program does not apply to the purchase of alcoholic beverages,
6. The program applies to both primary and supplementary cards;
7. The program is valid for 1 (one) transaction per day using the same Card number.
8. The program is valid every day during the Program Period with no blackout dates; and
9. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
10. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder serves as valid proof of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and the Cardholder’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

1. The Cardholders or their representative may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through Danamon’s nearest branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, The General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Card, The General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon Credit Cards, the General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon American Express Credit Cards and Charge Cards, and, as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by the Partner are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of Danamon. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner.
3. Cardholders agrees and acknowledges that Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through the Danamon’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholders has the right to submit a written objection to the Danamon within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by the Danamon via its available communication channels. Cardholders agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholders does not agree with the changes, the Cardholders has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to Danamon (if any).
4. Cardholders represents and warrants that the Cardholders is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
5. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Danamon’s products/services, revoke the Cardholders participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. Cardholders shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to the Danamon, if any.
6. If any provision of these Program General Terms and Conditions are, by reason of any government regulation or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, rendered invalid, or declared null and void, such circumstance shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Program General Terms and Condition, which shall remain in full force and effect and binding upon the parties as set forth herein.
7. In the event that any irregularities related to the Program are discovered, or if any fraudulent activity is suspected, the Program Participant is advised to promptly report such matters through Hello Danamon.
8. These Program Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
9. The headings and terminology used in these Program General Terms and Conditions are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the contents of these Program General Terms and Conditions.
10. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Cardholders must exercise due caution against fraudulent activities perpetrated by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent Danamon and offering rewards in any form. Danamon shall not be held liable for any acts of fraud or other criminal conduct committed by third parties in connection with or under the pretense of association with Danamon or this Program.
