Save up to 20% + 0% Installment at Optik Kasoem Vision Care

The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 1 February 2026 until 31 December 2026 (“Period of Program”).

1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in the Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Cardholder's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
4. The Program is valid for the following types of cards ("Cards"):
   • Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with Mastercard and GPN logos; and
   • Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, but excluding corporate cards.
5. The program is in the form of a discount of 20% (twenty percent) for eyeglass frames (valid for frames up to a maximum price of 5 million).
6. The program is in the form of a discount of 20% (twenty percent) for eyeglass frames (valid for frames priced from 5 million and above).
7. The program is in the form of a discount of 10% (ten percent) for all eyeglass lenses.
8. The 0% (zero percent) interest installment program applies for minimum transaction amount of IDR 1,000,000.00 (one milion Rupiah) with tenors of up to 3 (three), 6 (six), and 12 (twelve) months.
9. Cardholders can enjoy the above discounts at the same time, but it does not apply to bundling products provided by Kasoem Vision Care.
10. Valid for Primary Card and Supplementary Card.
11. The program is valid at all Kasoem Vision Care outlets.
12. The Program is valid every day, including public holidays, during the Program Period.
13. This Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
14. This program does not apply to the purchase of soft lenses and accessories.
15. By the Cardholder making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid evidence of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Cardholders must exercise due caution against fraudulent activities perpetrated by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent the Bank and offering rewards in any form. The Bank shall not be held liable for any acts of fraud or other criminal conduct committed by third parties in connection with or under the pretense of association with the Bank or this Program.
