PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”) received two awards: the Bronze Award for Best Onboarding Experience and the Bronze Award for Best Rewards and Recognition Program, at the Employee Experience Awards (EXA) Indonesia 2026 organized by Human Resources Online and held at The Westin Jakarta on 26 June 2026. These awards recognize Danamon’s various initiatives to foster a positive employee experience through enhanced onboarding processes, talent development, a culture of continuous learning, and employee appreciation programs that support both individual growth and organizational success.

Onboarding Innovation and Talent Development Programs Earn Danamon Two Awards at the Employee Experience Awards 2026

The Bronze Award for Best Onboarding Experience and the Bronze Award for Best Rewards and Recognition Programme received by Danamon at the Employee Experience Awards (EXA) Indonesia 2026 reflect the Company's commitment to delivering a positive employee experience, from the beginning of an employee’s career journey through talent development.

In the Best Onboarding Experience category, Danamon introduced a comprehensive onboarding approach designed to help new employees adapt more quickly to the work environment and corporate culture. Key initiatives included onboarding programs that introduce Danamon’s values, culture, and ways of working; the provision of a welcoming kit to enhance employee engagement while strengthening the Company’s identity; an innovative learning experience through the gamified board game “Clash of Reputation”, and dedicated training programs for newly appointed Branch Managers and Area Managers to accelerate their readiness for leadership roles. These initiatives help new employees gain a deeper understanding of banking business processes while building stronger connections with Danamon’s culture from their first day with the Company.

Meanwhile, the Best Rewards and Recognition Programme award was earned through various initiatives that recognize and reward top performers across both business and support functions, as well as change agents, employees who drive innovation and business process improvements, and individuals who serve as role models in embodying the Company’s corporate values. In addition, the Company places a strong focus on talent development, including opportunities to participate in global development programs and gain cross-entity exposure within the MUFG Group network. These programs are designed not only to recognize high-performing talent but also to support leadership development, broaden business perspectives, and strengthen collaboration across organizations.
