Winning 13 Awards, Danamon Presents Various Innovations for Banking Operations at the 2026 Indonesia Operations Banking Summit
Jakarta, May 15, 2026 – PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”, IDX: BDMN) received 13 awards at the 2nd Indonesia Operations Banking Summit (“IOBS”) 2026, held at Swissotel PIK, West Jakarta, from April 13 to 16, 2026. Organized by the Banking Operations Director Communication Forum (“FKDOP”), the event carried the theme “Journey to World Class Operations,” aiming to foster sustainable innovation among young banking professionals in the operations function and to elevate Indonesia’s standing at both national and global levels.

At IOBS 2026, FKDOP featured a series of expert speakers who shared insights on innovation, operational strategies, and the evolving challenges faced by the banking industry in the digital era. These experts are expected to inspire 233 participants from 35 banks in Indonesia before going through a judging session that focuses on strategic planning and problem understanding, risk analysis, implementation and implementation of solutions, performance evaluation and team collaboration, new standards breakthroughs, achieving recognition from international or national institutions, as well as creativity and presentation.
At this annual event, participants competed across three main tracks: the Improvement and Innovation Award, the Collaboration Award, and the Innovation Culture Management Award. After passing the judging session, Danamon successfully won 13 awards including one Diamond award for the Chargeback Monitoring System innovation, one World Class Innovator award for The Innovaction project, eight Gold awards for various innovations offered including Smart Auto-Debit via Virtual Account Robots and Automated Trade Financing Settlement & Interest Debit Process, as well as three Silver awards.
