Danamon Announces Operational Schedule and Support for Customers in Observance of Nyepi Day and Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah

Jakarta, 13 March 2026 – PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”, IDX: BDMN) today announces the operational schedule of selected branch offices and support services to accommodate customer needs during the upcoming Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah long holiday period, which will take place from 18 to 24 March 2026. The scheduling adjustment refers to the Joint Decree issued on 19 September 2025, concerning National Holidays and Collective Leaves in 2026, jointly signed by Minister of Religious Affairs, Minister of Manpower, and Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform.

Eka Dinata, Branch Network Head of Danamon, explained, “We understand the importance of ensuring smooth financial transactions for customers amid the high mobility of Indonesians during the long holiday period. Therefore, Danamon remains committed to providing convenient banking access through both select branches operating with adjusted hours and our digital banking platform, D-Bank PRO, which is available 24 hours a day. Danamon’s operational arrangements during the Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr holidays reflect our continuous commitment to supporting customers’ banking needs and ensuring their transactions run seamlessly.”

To ensure customers’ banking needs are well accommodated during the long holiday period, Danamon will maintain limited operations at selected branches. During this period, these branches will continue to provide essential banking services, including account opening or closure for CASA and deposits, cash deposits and withdrawals, fund transfers, document submissions, safe deposit box access, and tax payment services.

Danamon will continue to provide comprehensive banking services to ensure customers can carry out their financial transactions seamlessly during the holiday period through the D-Bank PRO mobile banking application. Customers may also access services at Danamon ATMs nationwide, which operate 24 hours a day, as well as through the ATM Bersama, PRIMA, and ALTO networks across Indonesia.
