Jakarta, 6 November 2025 — PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”) together with Agile Indonesia today host Indonesia Agile Conference 2025, a forum for professionals across industries to share insights, experiences, and best practices in implementing Agile Ways of Working and connecting them to businesses. This event is one part of Danamon’s commitment in implementing Agile Ways of Working (Agile WoW) by empowering Agile professionals in Indonesia.
Daisuke Ejima, President Director of Danamon, explained, “Danamon is proud to host the Indonesia Agile Conference 2025. We envision this conference as a platform for professionals to exchange knowledge and experiences on Agile approaches across diverse industries. At Danamon, we believe that adopting Agile Ways of Working not only enhances efficiency and speed but also sharpens business agility in responding to evolving customer needs and market dynamics. This mindset and method have been embedded in the development of our banking solutions, such as the D-Bank PRO mobile application. Through this conference, we hope to inspire more organizations to embrace Agile as part of an innovative work.”
Bearing the theme “Agile Beyond Team Dynamics to Organizational Impacts,” Indonesia Agile Conference 2025 presents Jeff Sutherland, the initiator of Agile dan Scrum methods, which today serve as global frameworks in modern organizational transformations. Furthermore, Indonesia Agile Conference 2025 brings together speakers from different industries in Indonesia who have implemented Agile WoW at their respective companies. In the same event, experts, practitioners, and participants take part in panel discussions, workshops, and unconference, a collaborative, participant-driven conversation and discussion on topics related to Agile.
Agile WoW is a growth mindset-based work approach that is flexible, based on iterative process driven by continuous improvement, collaborative in the context of a team, and aims to create customer value. This makes it possible for a team in a business to adaptively response to rapid changes and generate results through constant feedback. By focusing on customer-centricity, every work process, from planning to product launch, is founded on customer needs and continuous improvement. The topic is more relevant along greater acceptance of Agile WoW in projects outside of the digital and information technology (IT) spaces.
