The "Executive Leadership Academy" program is a form of collaborative program between Danamon and the MUFG Group entity to develop the capabilities of executive officer.

Executive Leadership Academy is a program supported by INSEAD Business School with the aim of maximizing training for high-performing leaders, developing the best talents and potential successors, as well as cross-functional collaboration and performance between companies.

Selected employees from each entity have the opportunity to study and work at MUFG Head Office in Tokyo. Apart from studying, program participants can meet employees from MUFG Tokyo Head Office to exchange their opinions and experiences.

This collaboration is a real form of improving the capabilities of each entity collectively through a comprehensive training program. Through unique capabilities and ongoing collaborative synergy, we are determined to become the financial groups in Indonesia.

Danamon together with MUFG, Adira Finance, Zurich Asuransi Indonesia and Home Credit Indonesia showed their commitment to collaborate in improving the capabilities of their leaders through the "Executive Leadership Academy" program with INSEAD Business School.

Danamon together with MUFG, Adira Finance, Zurich Asuransi Indonesia and Home Credit Indonesia signed a collaboration with INSEAD Business School on May 30, 2024, at Menara Bank Danamon. This signing ceremony is a form of Danamon's commitment together with other members of the MUFG Financial Group to collaborate on the Executive Leadership Academy (ELA) program which aims to foster excellence in leadership in all participating organizations.

Evi Damayanti as Chief Human Capital of Danamon said that the ability to collaborate and network through a series of company programs is very important for leaders. Collaboration can open up more opportunities to improve abilities and expertise, as well as spread a positive impact on the surroundings.
