Jakarta, 6 June 2024 - The May 2024 Career Expo event at the Student Center, University of North Sumatra was officially opened with remarks from Dr. Edy Ikhsan, S.H., M.A., USU Vice Chancellor I (third from right). Also present at the opening were Buchari, S.T., M.Kes., IPM. as Head of the Research and Innovation Development Agency (BPRI) (right) and Ami Dilham, S.E., M.Si., as USU Entrepreneurship and Career Development Manager (second from left).
Danamon, together with MUFG, Adira Finance, Zurich Asuransi Indonesia and Home Credit Indonesia as MUFG financial institutions in Indonesia were also present at the USU Career Expo in order to offer career opportunities to fresh graduates and alumni visiting North Sumatra University, Medan. Activities carried out include career consultation between company representatives and job seekers regarding the company profile, career opportunities and qualification, recruitment process, training programs, internships, and career development; short interviews or on-the-spot screening sessions for qualified applicants; providing company merchandise packaged in interactive games/activities; and job seekers can register directly or upload their CV through online platform.
By these various activities, the job fair booth is not only focus as information media for external talent to look for job vacancies but also as a deeper career consultation between companies and talents/job seekers.
