Bank Danamon Customer Data Reporting to the Financial Information Service System (SLIK)

Based on Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) regulation Number 18 /POJK.03/2017 concerning reporting and requests for Debtor Information through the Financial Information Service System (SLIK), Chapter VII Article 13: Openness to Debtors and Debtor Information.

CHAPTER VII
OPENNESS TO DEBTORS AND DEBTOR INFORMATION

Article 13

The reporting entity must notify the debtor regarding the submission of the debtor's report in SLIK.

We hereby inform the Debtor that Bank Danamon will deliver the Debtor Report to the OJK through the Financial Information Service System on monthly basis, such as information about the Debtor, Fund Provisioning Facilities, collateral, guarantor, management, owner and the Debtor's finances.
