Danamon Hadiah Beruntun 2025 Returns with Various Ways to Win, Giving Customers the Opportunity to Win Multiple Times

Jakarta, 17 February 2025 – PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Danamon) proudly announces the launch of the Danamon Hadiah Beruntun (DHB) 2025 program, which began on February 1, 2025. This program returns with a more varied raffle number collection scheme, providing greater opportunities for all customers to win additional prizes

As a customer-centric bank, Danamon continues to listen to its customers' needs in order to enhance their loyalty and participation. DHB 2025 is designed to be more inclusive and easier to follow, with more flexible requirements, allowing it to reach all customer segments and the public.

Ivan Jaya, Consumer Funding & Wealth Business Head of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, stated, “As a customer-centric organization, Danamon consistently listens to customer feedback in order to make DHB an even better and more attractive program for the public. With the new Grand Prize, the Mercedes-Benz EQB 250+ Progressive Line, along with the updated prize scheme and raffle number collection system, more people and customers from all over Indonesia, across all segments, can participate and have the chance to win.”

Andreas Kurniawan, Chief Digital Officer of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, mentioned that the addition of raffles and prizes, with the raffle number collection scheme through transactions on D-Bank PRO, aligns with the ongoing digital transformation in Indonesia, especially within the banking industry.

“We realize that more people, especially Gen Z and Millennials, are using mobile banking to perform their banking transactions. Therefore, we have expanded the scope of DHB 2025 to attract new customers and increase overall participation and loyalty,” said Andreas.

The new DHB 2025 scheme allows customers to #SemuaBisaMenang and #MenangBerkali-Kali

The DHB 2025 program introduces a new scheme with the taglines #SemuaBisaMenang and #MenangBerkali-Kali. Customers have the opportunity to win prizes from three types of raffles: the Savings Raffle, the D-Bank PRO Transaction Raffle, and the Grand Prize Raffle. Raffle numbers can be collected through activities such as saving and making transaction using the D-Bank PRO app, which includes bill payments (phone, internet, TV), game and e-wallet top-ups, payments via virtual accounts, mobile credit and data package purchases, as well as foreign exchange and investment transactions.

For the Savings Raffle, held every four months across Danamon's 11 operational regions, customers have the chance to win prizes such as 440 Danamon LEBIH PRO savings accounts with a balance of USD 250, 330 MacBook Air 13" units, and 44 Honda BRV Prestige units. The D-Bank PRO Transaction Raffle, held every four months nationwide, offers prizes including 50 travel packages to Japan, 100 travel vouchers worth Rp5 million each, and 400 travel vouchers worth Rp1 million each. Meanwhile, the Grand Prize Raffle, held nationwide at the end of the DHB 2025 period, gives customers the chance to win 25 shopping vouchers worth Rp10 million, 150 Danamon LEBIH PRO savings accounts with a balance of USD 100, and even one Mercedes-Benz EQB 250+ Progressive Line. To win prizes, customers must follow the terms and conditions, which can be viewed on Danamon's official website at bdi.co.id/dhb2025.

Danamon's commitment to appreciate its customers while also helping to promote the equitable distribution of financial inclusion.

The DHB 2025 program is also in line with Danamon’s efforts to support the government’s initiatives in enhancing financial inclusion and accelerating digital transactions. The 2024 National Financial Literacy and Inclusion Survey (SNLIK) by OJK recorded Indonesia's financial inclusion index at 75.02%, which still below the OJK target of 93% by 2027. Meanwhile, Bank Indonesia noted a rapid growth of 226.54% year-on-year in transactions using QRIS in the second quarter of 2024.

Programs like DHB are expected to increase public interest in opening savings accounts at banks and using them for daily financial transactions, thereby supporting the government’s efforts to improve the financial inclusion index and the digital transformation of the financial system in Indonesia," explained Andreas.

The success of the DHB program is reflected in a 7% increase in regional raffle participation for the third DHB period compared to the previous period. This is also evident from Danamon's total Third-Party Funds (DPK) in the third quarter of 2024, which rose 14% YoY to Rp148.9 trillion, while Granular Funding grew by 11% YoY.

Additionally, Danamon has seen growth in D-Bank PRO users. As of December 2024, the number of transactions using D-Bank PRO increased by 30% YoY, with active users rising by 20% YoY. Meanwhile, Danamon's QR transactions saw a significant increase of more than 75% YoY.

"This growth aligns with Danamon and its Group Members' aspirations to become a trusted financial partner that is always customer-centric, through various innovative programs, to meet the needs of stakeholders by providing holistic financial solutions so that we can grow together," concluded Ivan.
