Menu to issue bank guarantee

   Allow you to manage bank guarantee issuance and to view bank guarantee status.

Menu to receive documentary collection

1. Received
   Allow you to view documentary collection that has been received.
2. Amendment
   Amendment Allow you to view amendment to documentary collection that has been received.
3. Acceptance
   Acceptance Allow you to make settlement on documentary collection that has been received by way of payment or acceptance.

Menu to send documentary collection to your counterparty

1. Issue
   Allow you to instruct the Bank to send documentary collection to designated counterparty.
2. Amendment
   Allow you to amend instruction on documentary collection that has been sent to designated counterparty.
3. Acceptance
   Allow you to monitor payment status on documentary collection that has been sent to designated counterparty, including acceptance from such counterparty.

Menu to request for import or export financing

1. Requested
   Allow you to request for financing import and export transaction.
2. Amendment
   Allow you to make amendment to the export and import financing request that has been submitted previously.
3. Settlement
   Allow you to instruct the Bank to settle outstanding financing.

Menu to produce reports related to trade transactions

1. Online Reports
   Allow you to download reports related to trade transactions such as transaction type and status.
2. Facility Reports
   Allow you to download facility limit reports related to trade transactions.
